Sheila was born in Sunnyvale, Ohio, United States, between 1961 and 1962. During her adolescence, she became a camper at Camp Nightwing, where she attended in the summer of 1978. During this period, she bullied many Shadyside campers, especially a girl named Ziggy. On July 19, 1978, Ziggy stole her money, and to get revenge, she, William "Will" Goode, and their friends chased and took Ziggy to the gallows tree, where Sheila tried to get Will to hand over his lighter. Although hesitant, Will complied, and Sheila lightly burned Ziggy's arm before being arrested. Sheila at first innocently proclaimed that Ziggy's actions were not her fault, only to later pin the blame on Sarah Fier, which caused Ziggy to nearly attack her before being arrested. Sheila is a camper at Camp Nightwing, Ohio, United States, from July 12 to 19, 1978. She is a resident of Sunnyvale and the bullying director of Christine "Ziggy" Berman.
