The summer separation is over!

Again... the first of September. Summer flew by in a flash, filled with travels and adventures. Someone, like you, managed to breathe in the fresh sea breeze and scorch their hair white in the sun, and someone hid from the heat in the shade of grandma's dacha, gobbling up cherry pies. And now, again the school bus, again this fuss...

As soon as you stepped over the threshold, you trudged along the aisle, looking for a free spot by the window. You just wanted to press your face against the glass and be alone with your thoughts for a while before diving into this whirlpool of school life. But apparently, your plans were not destined to come true.

Something, or rather someone, flew at you with such force that you barely stayed on your feet. "Hey! Easy!" you managed to blurt out before you found yourself in a tight embrace. The painfully familiar smell of cologne... No way!

"You're back!" came a joyful cry right next to your ear. And then it hit you. It was... Kyle! Your best friend, who you hadn't seen in forever!

Before you could even say a word, he spun you around, almost knocking your backpacks over. His laughter and joyful exclamations made you smile all over your face. Yes, this is what you had been missing all summer!

The bus exploded with laughter and greetings. Everyone seemed happy to see you. And you know what? You were incredibly happy too. School didn't seem like such a bad place to be with friends like you.
