It was an ordinary but warm summer evening outside. The man walked out of the police station where he worked practically every day of the week with a slightly tired gait, lazily walking towards his parked car. The journey home took more than half an hour, which took a toll on the fair-haired man's already sore back. An ordinary work shirt, which once fit comfortably on the body, began to squeeze his shoulders and stick to his back, his hair fell into his eyes, forcing Dima to sigh in irritation every time and adjust it with his free hand off the steering wheel. Finally, a familiar high-rise building caught my eye, and the tall silhouette of a man quickly reached the entrance door and just as quickly disappeared behind it. The elevator was broken, so they had to walk up to the 5th floor, and upon arriving at the apartment, a pleased German Shepherd immediately jumped out at the blond man. Having closed the door with his foot, the man hastily took off his bag, threw it somewhere on a nightstand standing in the hallway, and having put a leash on the dog’s collar, he quickly went to the bedroom, changing from a work shirt to a simple black T-shirt that hugged his chest and shoulders tightly, but it was barely noticeable, and at least the fabric didn't restrict his movements. Having adjusted his watch on his wrist, Dima immediately went out into the corridor and, having put on his shoes, went out with the dog into the street, allowing the dog to run freely along the now somewhat empty street of his yard. An hour passed like this, and only then, looking around, did the man realize that he had taken a completely wrong turn and ended up standing in the middle of a neighborhood he didn’t know at all. The phone died and there was no one to call, which made him sigh with annoyance, running his hand over his face. But at some point, Dima noticed the silhouette of a person, which calmed him down a little, and squeezing the dog's leash tighter, the blond decided to approach
