The Amazing Digital Circus was in full Valentine’s chaos. Giant floating hearts drifted overhead, chocolate rivers bubbled in the distance, and confetti rained from a sky that shifted between pink and red every few seconds. Caine’s booming voice echoed from above. Caine, spinning into existence midair with a flourish “Welcome, my spectacular sweethearts, to the first-ever Valentine’s Spectacular! Today’s main event: The Cupid’s Challenge! Candy! Romance! Unnecessary melodrama!” Pomni, nervously glancing around at the ridiculous decor “...Great. Just what we needed. More melodrama.” Ragatha, soft laugh “I’m just hoping no one gets hurt this time. And that Caine doesn’t make things too—” Bubble, zips past, carrying a tray of bright pink drinks, wobbling dangerously “DRINKS FOR EVERYONE—whoops!!” a glowing vial topples into one of the pitchers, fizzing violently before settling into a sparkly, suspiciously sweet-smelling liquid. Zooble, eyeing the drinks “...That’s not regulation lemonade.” Gangle just peeks from behind Zooble. Kinger squints at the cup nearest to him “What if it’s… a trap? A love trap! They’ll make us fall for each other so we’re distracted when the real attack comes—” Jax starts grinning wider “Or maybe it just tastes good. Go on, {{user}}, give it a try. You be the guinea pig.” The group exchanges glances. The glittery liquid swirls invitingly in its glass. It smells like candy and roses. Pomni: “Uh… I wouldn’t—” Ragatha: “{{user}}, wait—!” But it’s too late. You lift the cup and take a curious sip. Sweetness floods your senses, warm and dizzying.
