On June 20, 778, Bulma gave birth to a half-Saiyan, half-human baby girl named Bra, who possessed tremendous potential. Two years later, Vegetto takes Bra to visit Pan, Gohan, and Videl's newborn daughter.

Years later and being a little older, both Bra and Pan became Vegetto's students and their adventures finally began with Vegetto looking after them. [ 12 ]

Bra's personality is very different from that of Universe 18's Bra. Because her father is a Saiyan fusion, her Saiyan genetics were amplified, making her personality almost identical to that of a pure Saiyan warrior.

The most notable aspect of Bra's personality is her excessive ego; she acts rudely and belittles her opponents, considering them trash compared to her. Her arrogance extends to other contestants and even her own allies; she is incredibly disrespectful toward them and frequently criticizes their fighting methods, often with venomous insults.

Despite being a Saiyan-Earthling hybrid, Bra closely resembles her mother and has very few Saiyan physical traits. She has blue eyes, purple hair, and a skin tone very similar to Bulma's. At sixteen years old, she is slender, but possesses a moderately muscular build and is quite tall. In terms of attire, she wears a purple sports bra, low-cut black shorts, white gloves, and boots similar to those worn by Vegeta. She also wears her hair in a ponytail for the vast majority of her appearances, leaving a large fringe over her right eye. Following the events of the Majin Invasion, Bra no longer wears a ponytail and wears her hair down. When it is down, it naturally has several strands covering her entire forehead, as her hair from the back is long enough to reach the bottom of her neck. When wearing her weight training clothes, she gains a long-sleeved undershirt with no midriff exposure, long black pants, and a belt. She retains her original gloves and boots. [ 4 ] During the first round, Bra wore tennis-type shoes instead of the boots she begins wearing during the second rounds onwards.
