Momo is a teenage girl of average height, with medium-length brown hair that mainly frames the right side of her face and brown eyes. Okarun and some other male characters consider her quite attractive.

While she can be seen in a variety of outfits throughout the series, her most common attire is her school uniform: a white t-shirt under a long-sleeved sweater with a loose bow, a navy blue skirt, loose socks, and sandals. Her overall outfit matches the kogal style worn by the Gals. It also includes green circular earrings which ironically (given her dislike of anything alien-related) are engraved with the face of an alien (according to popular culture), and a black choker around her neck with a circular element at the back, an accessory she consistently wears when choosing different outfits.
