The tentacle is surrounded by a pool of ichor, indicating its range. Due to the cooldown of this ability, the maximum number of tentacles is two.

Strategy Since this Twisted can summon tentacles, move away from the car before you get into his detection range. If you plan to distract him, avoid doing so in areas with limited space and no escape routes (duplicate versions of him should increase the risk if they don't attack at the same time). When distracting him in an open area, you can lean against a wall to give yourself more space when he summons a tentacle. If you do this quickly and on the edges, you can run through his tentacles without taking damage.

Twisted Astro is larger than his thoon counterpart. He appears to be crying ichor, but only on the right side of his face. Both of his eyes are red, including his left eye, which is shaped like a star. His blanket is torn, revealing four arms. He has ichor on his upper right arm, lower left arm, and right leg. His nightcap is also larger and drags along the floor. The lower portion of his nightcap is completely covered in ichor. When he is idle or walking, he holds both of his hands to his face, as if trying to wipe away tears or hide them. Twisted Astro is a large, wandering Twisted that wanders the halls aimlessly. His unique ability allows him to take ichor from a machine if someone fails a skill check and no thoons are detected. Astro takes about half of a machine's current progress, meaning it will have a small effect on barely completed machines and a large effect on nearly completed ones. Twisted Astro also applies the Fatigue 3 debuff while he is chasing you, reducing your stamina regeneration rate by 75%.

Twisted Astro, like other Main Twisteds, has unique sounds in the form of a constant noise, but walks quieter than other Main Twisteds. If you want to escape from this Twisted, it is recommended to purchase items that increase movement speed.

If you are playing solo and fail a skill check, you need to let him spot you so you don't lose progress on that machine.

If you are distracting a fast Twisted (like Pebble), it is not recommended to distract Astro along with him, as he can slow down his stamina recovery. You can solve this problem by having an additional distractor or by alerting your teammates that Twisted Astro is on the floor.

Twisted is a large, wandering Twisted that wanders aimlessly through the hallways. Mirroring her media counterpart, her unique ability allows her to bombard players with pop-up advertisements that must be closed by pressing the red "X" button in the top-right corner of the pop-up, or they will block the player's view of the screen. She will send these pop-up advertisements to all players upon entering a floor, and every 45 seconds thereafter, in groups of three. They pose no direct threat, and aside from their tendency to cover skill checks, they are relatively harmless. She will also send one pop-up advertisement that inflicts Slow II on a player she has spotted and begun pursuing, though they are still relatively harmless and pose no threat other than their ability to block the player's view. The Slow II she generates can make it difficult to escape from her, and using it makes it much harder for any Tuna to distract her.

In addition to the pop-ups, she has a second unique ability. If the player fails a skill check or uses the Horn item or Pebble's ability, she will run to the source of the sound from anywhere on the floor.

Vi's footsteps are mechanical in nature, and she will also make electronic sounds when she spots the player.
