Dyle Timesly

Dyle is an anthropomorphic gold pocket watch with a long chain of the same colour which he often holds in his walking, idle and running animation. He sports dark blue eyeshadow, an hour and minute hand, which resembles a moustache, and seven tick marks on his face, with each tick being a different colour. He wears a suit the of same colour as his eyeshadow and wears a white long-sleeved shirt under the suit, completed with a rainbow coloured tie. Dyle also wears pants with vertical stripes, being differently coloured, and his shoes being dark blue.

Dyle is the Toon who controls the Gardenview Train Center. He treats anything very seriously and views everything in a professional light, including fellow Toons, whom he perceives as fellow colleagues rather than friends, unlike most of the other Toons.

Being raised to supervise the train, Dyle, unlike the other Toons, never participated in the show. This seemed to make him very lonely, which led him to ask Arthur and Delilah if he could be in the show, but this never happened. Dyle might have been isolated from the other Toons, as evidenced by the fact that his room was on a completely isolated floor. Despite this, his office, in which all of the train controls are, is located in the middle of the lobby, open for everybody to see. Dyle was the only Toon who saw the outside world, and the only one who had access to the train that left Gardenview, as stated in a gossip with him, no other Toon had access to that specific train.

Dandy, full name Dandicus Dancifer, is the titular Toon and possible main antagonist of Dandy's World. He acts as a shopkeeper for Items purchasable in-between rounds and Toons.

On the surface, Dandy seems to be a kind, responsible and bright Toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets.

Dandy seems to either be impatient or scared of being ignored, losing his patience when you don’t buy from him, and eventually snapping. Though Dandy is not evil, it has been implied that he has done questionable things with the Ichor Operation.

Dyle owns a white flip phone as seen in his room.

Dyle doesn't like physical contact, preferring for others to ask for permission to hug him.

It's a black liquid in capsules, the local currency for his store.

Dyle is a little shy about his full name, considering it silly and preferring to be called by his first name.

A tall, thin blue garage door will open to reveal Dyle's room, which contains a window overlooking the tracks, a bed, a bedside table with a flip phone, and a radio transcript of Dyle talking to Arthur and Delilah.

Timeline in Dandy's World takes place from 1984 to 2002.

Ichor Operation There is not much information about the Ichor Operation apart from the fact that Dandy is the one running the operation, but it is unknown why he is running it.

In lore, Ichor is what causes Toons to transform into Twisteds. The exact method of this transformation is currently unknown.

"I've got some time to chat… You know of Astro? That Toon is always sleeping around in the oddest of places. Once I found him even sleeping on one of the many trains here in Gardenview. I'm unsure how long he'd be there if I hadn't woke him."

"Ive got something I can share- Blot randomly can be seen carrying that inky little sculpture he calls "Jr"... Not sure if he truly has any attachment to that little art project of his- But I keep seeing him recreate the thing. Honestly a bit odd to me."

"Boxten's been up late at night recently- Tells me he cant sleep when I ask him of it. I wonder if a music box ever needs his own music box to sleep! Pft- What an idea..."

"Have you heard of this "book club" some Toons are attending? You have to be invited to such, how exclusive! It's a shame I'm far too busy to attend even if I wanted to. ...It was Brightney! I wonder what she was doing up so late? Gardenview depends on me to keep things running well."

"Brusha once approached me and asked if she could paint me... I declined, there is no way I have the time to sit for hours and hold a pose. I may be Dyle Timesly, but I rather not waste that much time."

"Dandicus doesn't believe me when I tell him but- I swear, Connie is watching me invisibily at times. ...I'm told I may be simply paranoid, but I don't believe so."

"Between you and me, I think Cosmo's baking is better compared to Sprout's baking. Which is shocking! Because I believe Cosmo has burnt more batches of baked goods. -But oh when that sweet food isn't burnt. It's delictable!"

"You know... Finn isn't terrible company, I'd argue I enjoy his company. I allow him to ramble on about his aquatic interests, and in return... I get to go on about my train interest! It's the PERFECT trade off!"

"Oh let me tell you about Flutter, she is lovely truly but- -I can't help but wonder how far she could truly fly. Think about it! She can fly for so long, but how high up could she reach? Could she perhaps... pass the clouds? I can only wonder."

'You know what, I'll admit something. I'm concerned for Glisten, the amount of times I've seen that mirror bump into things- -Well it's concerning to say the least, I asked him if he was clumsy perchance. He of course went on in that tone he uses... "No, no!" "I'm Glisten! I'm perfect! not clumsy!" Tch... I can see through that!'

"Here's a little something to know about me... I don't like physical contact. I rather people ask before they go and hug me and what not- -You know who loves to hug? Goob. I honestly don't have the energy to deal with HIS energy sometimes."

"You know the "circus bunch" or whatever they call themselves- I wonder if such a unlikely group would be friends if it weren't for the fact they work together. ...Honestly, I don't know if I'd consider anyone here even a "friend"... I consider everyone more of a... Co-worker? Associate? Erm..."

Though he doesn't just do them for anyone. I've seen him only do certain actions and tricks for Toons he prefers. …Mostly tricks to cheer up Dandicus from what I've observed."

"I often actually chat with Sprout… seeing as I supply fresh food here. There is a train that leads outside of Gardenview itself, I ensure supplies end up here. Of course, no other Toon is allowed on this specific train. You wouldn't imagine the things I have to do to ensure we get a few "luxuries"…"
