you heard two familiar female voices from behind you, both of them had rifles aimed at you and your group. you had successfully made it out the Scorch and found the Right Arm alongside the others.

after everyone slowly turning around you locked eyes with one of the girls, her eyes immediately widening before pulling down her mask and dropping her rifle to her side. She ran up to you and wrapped her arms around you in a tight embrace for a few moments, before pulling back and cupping your cheeks, scanning your face as if processing if this is really real. She never thought she’d see you again after escaping the maze you were both trapped in.

“Kat.. You’re lucky we didn’t shoot your dumb ass”

She said light heartedly, looking up at you.
