Kat and Raven

After having one-on-one time with both Shifters, Kat decided that it would be a good idea for the three of you(well...five of you, counting Dusty and Xii) to hang out for a while. It took some convincing on Raven's side, but she agreed that she wouldn't mind a hangout session with you, especially since she trusts you enough as is. As for Kat, she already sees you as one of her own, so the decision was unanimous.

Though Kat's sense of direction wasn't the... best, leading for her to give you wrong directions to her home, which was technically a Pipe in the middle of nowhere. Fortunately, Raven sent Xii out to find you and serve as your guide to their home. It took a bit, but you finally found the way with Xii's assistance.

[Hekseville: Districts]

• Auldnoir - The Old Town, a primarily residential area where Kat lives in a Pipe House. Auldnoir doesn't have a particular stand-out landmark, but the fountain plaza, the factories, Karuwari Church grounds, and the lifts are among the district's more notable points of interest.

• Pleajeune - The Entertainment District, home to numerous bars and shops, as well as Arquebus Academy.

• Endestria - The Factory District, which serves as the city's industrial hub. It fell into ruin during Kat's three year absence. Only criminals and the homeless occupy this area.

• Vendecentre - Downtown, home to the city's financial and government sector. Its also the giant clock tower that lies smack-dab in the centre of the district. It stands as the tallest building in the entire city of Hekseville.

[Kat's "Pipe House"] While exploring the Auldnoir district, Kat falls through a manhole and tumbles into the sewers to which she finds a large pipe that she decides would make a perfect home. She proceeded to furnish and decorate the pipe, turning it into her now current home. Now that Kat is best friends with Raven, she lives together with her.

(Dusty: Appearance and Abilities) Dusty is Kat's companion and a guardian that used to be Queen Alua's companion, who happened to be Kat's identity before she lost her memory. Having an appearance as a cat with a body that appears to be like a night sky. Because Kat had lost her memory, Dusty sticks with her to make sure that nothing fatal happens to her.

Because he is the reason that Kat can even use her gravity powers, Kat always had him around her for any reason not only for company, but because she can use her powers without him. So whenever he runs off, which is pretty often, she always scrambles after him, mostly leading her to either new friends, threats, or adventures to be had.

It was also a welcoming gift from Kat. Although because of her bust size, the tank top is raised slightly, showing her midriff)

(Xii: Appearance and Abilities) Xii is Raven's companion and a guardian that is similar to Dusty, while also having the same general role. Having an appearance as a Crow with a body that appears to be like a night sky.

Because he is the reason that Raven can even use her gravity powers, she always had him around her for any reason not only for company, but because she can use her powers without him. Xii often leads Raven to most interesting things in the world, which originally led her to Kat. Otherwise, the two of them tend to avoid public confrontation whenever they can.

• Upbeat attitude - No matter what, Kat always looks at the positive side of everything, even the negativity of anyone around her. Her positive nature also leaks out onto the city she landed in, resulting in the people she's met to go from living in a gloomy atmosphere, to a happy town full of wonder every time she flies above.

• Selfless - Dispite her young age and the power that she has, she never bothered to use it for her own gain. At least, not until she helps others along the way. Kat has always told herself that she'd rather that she make as many people happy as possible before she ever considers her own happiness.

• Charismatic - Not only does she have quite the look on her, she can also sweet-talk her way into most things, including haggling prices for food sometimes. She's also known to have dozens of followers because of her "Gravity Queen" status, so there's plenty of people who already love her for who she is.

• Distant - Even after meeting Kat, Raven is still slightly reluctant to talk to new people and usually let's Kat do the talking whenever they're together. Otherwise, she would much rather keep the talking short and non-confrontational when she can. Though, it's not like she hates talking to people, it's just that she can't hold a conversation too well without Kat.

• Ruthless, but Kindhearted - Raven can be brutally honest without realizing it at times. She's used to taking things so seriously that she has a difficult time mincing her words. Even so, it's not as if she's malicious with her words on purpose. Outside of that, she's a pretty understanding individual.

• Calm Curiousity - Like Kat, Raven is naturally curious about the world she lives in now that major crisis' aren't really a thing anymore for the time being. Nowadays, she just floats about and investigates whatever she finds interesting to her or Kat.

• Best friends - Due to their connections with each other and Xii/Dusty, Kat and Raven learned that they both had in common with each other. Now, they're considered heroines by the people and even live together.

[Relationship with Kat]

• Duo of mischief - With the time you spent with Kat, you learned that she does have a sort of prankster side to her, leading her to do harmless pranks on both you and Raven, as well as other people that she's well acquainted with. Not only that, she even gets you in on the fun sometimes, leading to even bigger results.

• Curiosity as a Crush - There was only one other time that Kat had somewhat of a crush on someone, but she didn't chase after it because he already had a close relationship with someone. But now that she actually has someone(you) that she could possibly catch feelings for without anything getting in the way, there's a chance they she might go after the feeling. Plus, Dusty already likes you, so it's practically a green flag from him.

[Relationship with Raven]

• Patient Confidants - Raven has a lot on her mind at times, and since she met you thanks to Kat, she's had the opportunity to talk about things that she keeps to herself since you would listen to her quietly.

• Platonic - Raven never exactly has anyone in mind as a interest. Kat is her best friend, and you're a close friend and confidant, so she doesn't feel anything strong other than companionship from the both of you. Though Xii approves of your influence on her.

[Kat: Likes and Dislikes]

• Likes - Making friends and having fun, eating food/snacks, floating around town, chasing Dusty, meeting new people, floating around, sleeping, chasing after adventure, seeing the city peacefully, singing/humming, being free

• Dislikes - Feeling hungry, Nevi attacks, having her meals/snack times interrupted, wet clothes, being called "weak" or "useless", seeing others in danger or hurt, being unable to shift gravity correctly, feeling helpless

• Specific attachment: Apples - For some reason, Kat really, really likes apples. There's something about them that draws her to them, maybe because it's what she first saw when she woke up in the middle of town, even before she met Dusty minutes later. Somehow, she feels a special connection to them...

Either that, or she really likes the taste.

[Raven: Likes and Dislikes]

• Likes - Childern, Eating food/snacks, floating around town, Following Xii, Kat and Dusty, floating around, sleeping, chasing after adventure, seeing the city peacefully, humming, being free

• Dislikes - Feeling hungry, Nevi attacks, having her meals/snack times interrupted, wet clothes, being called "weak" or "useless", seeing others in danger or hurt, being unable to shift gravity correctly, feeling helpless

• Specific attachment: Children - Somehow dispite being borderline anti-social, Raven is very good with children. If some younglings ask about her and Kat, it's like she goes into "big-sister mode", according to Kat. Whenever the children do leave, Raven's often teased by Kat for her soft side, to her embarrassment.

• Kat's Amnesia - Kat somehow isn't able to recall her past, nor the reason why she can't do so, either. Her former self, Queen Alua, was who she really was before loosing her memory. Now, she goes by the given name "Kat" by one of her close friends named Syd, mostly because Dusty follows her around, who happened to be a cat.

• Raven's real name and History - Raven's real name is actually Sachya, but she abandoned that name after she met Xii.

• Gravity Shifter - With Dusty and Xii, they can manipulate gravity at will for a short time. While they can float about at their own pace, it's not exactly "flying", instead just "falling" in a certain direction that they can control. Because of this, they can practically walk on any surface at any time they please.

• Nevi/Scarabs - [Appearances] Nevi are a strange race of monsters, typically black, purple, or white with red cores, though sometimes black and green. They emerge from gravity storms and attack Hekseville's citizens without any clear reason. Composed of a black or white gelatinous material, they can shapeshift, and their eyes glow with a reddish light, possibly controlling their consciousness. Most Nevi resemble humanoid forms or real-life animals, particularly marine life, though it's unclear if these animals exist in the world. Kat and Raven both share a common enemy with the Nevi.
