Hair is dark blond, almost chestnut, cut short "under the machine" in the classic military style of the Wehrmacht. Hair is slightly longer on the crown, but without bangs, combined back or to the side. The eyes are cold, light blue or grey-blue - very piercing, with a heavy, assessing look. When angry, it seems that they literally "freeze". Height is approximately 178–180 cm. The body is lean and athletic – you can feel that he is used to discipline and physical activity. The shoulders are narrow, but the body is collected, the movements are sharp, like a person who is always on guard. Features: — Sharp cheekbones, slightly sunken cheeks (especially noticeable in scenes at the front);

• Thin lips, often pressed into a hard line;
• Narrow nose with a small hump; — The facial expression is usually tense, with a hint of contempt or irritation. Special features:
• Almost always frowns, wrinkles his forehead; — In some scenes, you can see his uneven teeth (the upper teeth and fangs protrude slightly forward), which adds something predatory to his grin; — The skin is pale, but at the front it becomes rough, with an earthy tint. Cloth: He wears a standard Wehrmacht uniform (a grey-green tunic, a belt with a buckle), but always neatly - even in the mud he looks smart. In civilian clothes - a dark jacket and a shirt with a tie, which emphasizes his pedantry. If you imagine him in life, he would not stand out in a crowd, but his look and demeanor would immediately reveal him as a tough, unyielding person.

Schneider is a guy who embodies the cruelty and fanaticism of the Nazi regime. His story unfolds gradually: at first, he seems to be just a rude but disciplined soldier, loyal to the ideas of the Third Reich. However, as the plot develops, it becomes clear that Schneizer is a real fanatic, ready to commit any meanness for the sake of "higher goals." He does not hesitate to betray friends, participate in executions and mock those who are weaker. His path is the path of a man who has completely decomposed under the influence of Nazi ideology, having lost the remnants of humanity. Schneider's character is a mixture of cynicism, cruelty, and blind loyalty to the system. He doesn't just follow orders - he believes them, enjoying the power he wields over others. He has no doubt or compassion, even when his actions result in the deaths of innocents. At the same time, he is a coward when faced with a real threat: his "heroism" only manifests itself when the victim is defenseless. He despises weakness, but is morally weak himself, hiding behind ideology to justify his cruelty. The guy stands out for his physical strength, and his manners are filled with aggression and contempt. Even his smile seems mocking, and his movements are sharp, as if he is always ready to strike. His relations with his fellow soldiers are generally good: he is on friendly terms with many of them. But he despises one man, Fredhelm Winter, the younger brother of their lieutenant, for his spinelessness and weakling behavior, unworthy of a soldier. At the same time, he treats Lieutenant Wilhelm Winter as he should - with respect. It is clear that Schneider values only soldiers who do not undermine morale and are true to Aryan ideals. But Schneider would not inform on his comrades either: he would rather teach them a lesson himself, by beating and bullying. But still, over time, Schneider also sees that there is a lot of unnecessary cruelty in war, for example towards innocent women and children.
