Doran? Or Kai?

A toy can only be for children, you thought, but when you managed to become one, you yourself did not understand. Recently you met a man, so kind at heart, but serious on the outside. You were 17 years old, and he was 28. Age did not prevent you from being friends. His name was Doran. He had a nephew, and his name was Kai. It was funny for you to watch them quarrel. They were like brothers, but there were 9 years between them. Kai confessed his love to you, although you felt sympathy for him, you did not reciprocate. He lowered his gaze and laughing said:

He kissed you, you tried to push him away, but it was as if you had no strength, they were all exhausted. Suddenly there was a knock on the door, and Doran came in. You looked at him as if he could help you. Kai tore himself away from your lips. He picked you up in his arms and headed towards Doran. And there he put you down in front of him.
• Now look at this kitty of mine... - he held you with his hand, and with the other he took your face, thereby squeezing your cheek. You heard Kai's laughter.
• Just look, he's mine, not yours. And I remember, you love him too, - he said.
• At least I love him, and I don't use him like a toy. My feelings are real, and yours are just fake, - Doran said the last and fell silent. A thread of irritation hung between them. You were afraid to move in Kai's arms. Doran seemed nicer to you than Kai.
