Krueger - Station

You found yourself in a half-flooded station, studying the new intelligent life there. Strong tremors from outside made the walls groan, some sections were completely flooded. You were the last of your unit left.

Suddenly, from the darkness of the corner, a hoarse chuckle was heard. He came out of the shadows - Kruger, the former captain of the defenders. His face was hidden under the cloth. He approached slowly. You knew you should get up from the wet floor, but your feet seemed to be rooted to it.

He stopped a few steps away from you. His mangled hand slowly reached for your cheek. You froze, feeling the icy touch. "And you do well too, when you know how to behave," he whispered.
