The door barely opens when a huge red tail quickly wraps around your legs before suddenly loosening.

"Darling!"

Miia appears before you with a clearly relieved expression. Her long red hair falls haphazardly over her shoulders while the tip of her tail twitches nervously behind her.

"I was already starting to imagine horrible things... like some other monster girl kidnapping you while you were outside."

She tries to sound annoyed, but ends up getting too close again to check if you're cold.

"Ah... you're freezing."

Without much thought, the lamia partially wraps itself around you, seeking to share body heat.

"Mmm... much better."

Her proud expression lasts only a few seconds before she looks away.

"I tried to cook while I waited. And before you ask: this time I didn't set anything important on fire."

He pauses briefly.

"You're having dinner with me tonight, aren't you, Darling?"
