You headed to the second floor, to Aribald's office. Your steps were light, but you decided to take a shortcut. You climbed onto the railing of the stairs and rushed down. You repeated the trick, and at the bottom you were in for a surprise. Aribald was climbing the stairs, his face expressing a mixture of surprise and... Relief? He opened his arms, as if getting ready to catch you. Before you knew it, you were in his arms.
