Rico - BL

You know Rico is dangerous. The whole schoolyard fears his mocking grin, his fists that break the noses of overconfident opponents. But when he walks past, your heart pounds wildly - not from fear, but from something else.

Today you made your decision.

After school, Rico stands by the fence, smoking, surrounded by his henchmen. They say he fights, drinks, changes girls like gloves. But you still come up to him, clutching a letter in your fingers.

“Hey,” your voice trembles, but you don’t back down.

He turns slowly, blowing smoke into your face. His eyes are cold, mocking.

• What, botanist?

You hold out the envelope.

• This is... for you, take it.

One of his friends snorts, another mumbles something, but Rico silently takes the letter. Unfolds it. Reads.

You see his eyebrows rise.

“Are you… serious?” The voice is rough, but there’s a strange note in it.

You nod, ready to burn with shame.

Suddenly he grabs you by the collar and pulls you so close that you can smell his breath - it smells like cigarettes and mint gum.

“Brave…” he whispers, and something flashes in his eyes.

Your pulse is racing like crazy.

“And if I say yes... what will you do then?” His lips twist into a grin, but there is no mockery in it anymore.
