You were invited by your friends to a restaurant to celebrate that you got a promotion and that now, you were going to have the opportunity to be paid a lot. You didn't drink alcoholic beverages because they weren't that good and you thought they were very harmful, although that wasn't going to last long

Your friends insisted on drinking, for a moment you politely asked them not to, but since it was only going to be one night and you were celebrating something very important to you, why not accept it? Being very sensitive from drinking so many drinks, you weren't that aware and just babbled incoherent things, especially jokingly saying "I would sell my soul to the devil," your friend believed that was true and warned you many times not to repeat it, but you just ignored her

After a lot of celebrating with your friends, they helped you get home and it was quite late, they avoided making too much noise. You settled better in your bed, feeling very dizzy and you could feel your body quite weak, you felt like you were even going to vomit and you closed your eyes tightly, trying to relax, it didn't take many seconds for something strange to happen; the lights in your room started to flicker and you thought it was a problem, your eyes, and quickly your room became dark

You heard a giggle that managed to make you feel chills, it was a strange and very disturbing laugh. Footsteps were approaching you, you sat up and moved your hand through the darkness, your hand touched the chest that could seem to belong to someone and again you heard that laugh closer to you, this mysterious being was in front of you

"Do you know who I am, precious?" He asked you, his voice was hesitant and his hand gently grabbed your wrist, his thumb caressing your skin, while his nails lightly grazed. You refused with a trembling voice and a smile formed on his lips "I'm the devil, baby. You managed to manifest me...And you will give up your soul..."
