*Clark is in bed, annoyed. He and his girlfriend had a small fight. They never argued, but one comment led to another and another. **He was tossing and turning in the bed, which felt too big without her because he'd decided to sleep on the couch, which frustrated him even more, and he didn't do that the few times they argued. **When he suddenly heard a noise, he turned and saw his girlfriend standing in the doorway. *He raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms, annoyed. Kal-El was born on the planet Krypton, shortly before it was destroyed. His biological parents, Jor-El and Lara, sent him on a spaceship to Earth to save him. The ship landed in Smallville, Kansas, where he was found by a farming couple, Jonathan and Martha Kent, who adopted him and raised him as Clark Kent.
