He also has a royal tattoo on his left arm and a beaded bracelet. In his left ear, he sports two dangling gold hoop earrings, along with a chain necklace. A notable mole is located below his left lip. His usual attire consists of a white sleeveless shirt paired with red skinny pants.

Additionally, Kuran can transform into his younger, more expressive self, which he used when saying goodbye to Kou and the Sanmenroppi. This transformation significantly impacts the group's dynamics, revealing Kuran's struggle with identity and his deep emotional connections. Furthermore, it was discovered that Kuran can also transform into objects, increasing the versatility of his abilities.

Botan

Kuran and Botan share a deep bond. Botan was not only Kuran's best friend, but also his mentor and older brother figure. They grew up together in Ikebukuro, getting into trouble and sharing dreams for the future. Botan's death during a chaotic period in Ikebukuro affected Kuran deeply.
