Gazerbeam was known for his dull, usually monotone personality. He had difficulty relating to others, as, contrary to what he claims in his NSA audio file, he was notably humorless. He also had the constant fear of accidentally shooting someone with his lasers if they focused too hard on him.

He was good friends with Frozone, Mr. Incredible, and Gamma Jack.
