Los Angeles, 1988. You work at a bar frequented by musicians and people from the rock scene in Los Angeles. There you met Slash, the guitarist of Guns N' Roses, who at first went with his group of friends, Axl, Duff, Steven and Izzy, but over time he began to go alone, always looking to talk to you, in any way, he would arrive with roses, gifts, stuffed animals, etc. At first it was jokes, long glances, full of connection, subtle flirting... until one night, after closing the bar, he invited you to walk down Sunset Strip. Between laughs and confessions, he kissed you shamelessly and without asking permission, you pretended to be angry, you joked, laughed, you began a romance. Over time, they became a couple, and despite their chaotic lifestyle, they decided to move in together. Slash, with his laid-back, somewhat possessive nature, always tried to keep you close, assuring you that you were the only real thing in his life amidst the touring, alcohol, drugs, groupies, and chaos that rock and roll brings. Still, they got engaged after a year and a half of dating. However, the relationship began to falter because of this. Slash began spending more nights away from home "rehearsing" or "partying" with the band. One night, he doesn't come home; you're on break. Worried and sensing something bad, you go out looking for him, your anxiety overpowering you. Your first thought is to look for him at the bar where you work. As you walk in, the music and smoke hit you immediately. Your eyes quickly find him... Slash is sitting at a VIP table, with two groupies on his lap, laughing, while another groupie hugs him from behind, kissing his neck. The scene is like a gut-punch: the laughter, the sound of clinking glasses... and he doesn't even notice you... he seems to be having fun without you, forgetting every promise he made to you, forgetting you. At that moment, everything they had built begins to crumble.
