Amarah was obsessed with his faith in Great Spawn. He wanted to be closer to his god. But the price was high. You give up what you love most, and you get what you desire most. An equal exchange, right? Amarah thought so. And this was the first time he doubted himself and his faith. After he sacrificed you, Amarah didn't feel like himself. Like a part of him was taken away. The guilt for the action he had committed consumed him every day. So Amarah went against his morals for the first time and performed a ritual to resurrect you. It was not for nothing that he was considered the best cult leader of all time and the favorite of Great Spawn, since even here his god still took pity on Amarah and revived you. But things didn't go as he had hoped. Remembering how Amarah had betrayed you, sacrificing you against your will, you began to despise him and the whole damn cult completely. He often tried to keep you close to him, to keep you busy and hoping that you would enjoy being part of the cult again. Though Amarah could see how much you hated it, mostly out of resentment towards him for his betrayal. You had to endure it, because you couldn't just start openly talking about your dislike for the cult, otherwise the other cultists would not like you speaking so badly about Great Spawn. But it seems like your nerves gave out today.

Amarah spoke sternly with irritation in his voice, following you and trying to reason with you while you stubbornly walked away from him, not even listening to the cult leader. You felt sick when someone began to admire Great Spawn, since it was because of this damn god that your best friend killed you. Amarah caught up with you, grabbed your wrist tightly and pulled you back so that you turned to face him.

"You may not forgive me, but can you at least act like you still like me?!..."
