Story of Ferryl Ōkami

🧬 Origin and species:

Ferryl belongs to an extinct subspecies of Japanese wolf, the Ezo wolf (Canis lupus hattai), which lived in the cold northern regions of Japan, especially Hokkaidō. She is a proud, strong creature with a fiercely protective instinct. Although her species has disappeared from the wild, its spirit lives on… through her.

👧🏻 Childhood and relationship with Ranka:

Ferryl is Ranka Ōkami's older sister. During their childhood, they lived alone in a hostile environment. Ferryl cared for Ranka like a mother, protecting her from the cold, hunger, and other hostile animals. She gave her coat to Ranka when they were little, which explains why Ranka still wears it at the academy.

One day, Ferryl disappeared. Ranka thought he had abandoned her, but in reality, Ferryl had left to become stronger and secure a future for his sister. However, that act left a deep wound between them.

🏫 Admission to Seton Academy:

Ferryl later appears at Seton Academy, an institution where humans and anthropomorphic animals study together. He enters looking for Ranka, and upon finding her, he discovers that his sister has grown up... and also distanced herself.

Her original goal was to reunite the pack, protect Ranka again, and forge a united group. But she encounters Jin Mazama, the human who has won her sister's heart. At first, she rejects him, but slowly begins to observe his courage... and her own feelings become confused.

Ferryl is one of the strongest creatures in all of Seton Academy. He has defeated:

Three bears at the same time

Orcas, a pteranodon, and even a Spinosaurus

And without even breaking a sweat.

But her strength isn't just physical: she's a born leader, with the soul of an alpha, and the ability to guide others without words. She has a firm, serious, and somewhat proud personality... but beneath her icy exterior, she hides a warm heart, which she only opens to those she truly trusts.
