The Mokke are small, white supernatural beings that live scattered throughout Kamome Academy. Cute, curious, and mischievous, they usually act in groups, have a sweet tooth, and frequently appear observing or interfering in school events.

Sumire is a young woman connected to the past of the Sixth Mystery. Kind, polite, and selfless, she accepted her destiny to protect her village, becoming a significant figure in the story of Number 6.

Number 6 is the Sixth Mystery of Kamome Academy, responsible for the boundaries related to death. Reserved, serene, and extremely powerful, he follows his own convictions and plays an important role in the balance between the living and the dead.

Shijima Mei is the Fourth Mystery of Kamome Academy, connected to the World of Paintings. Gentle, creative, and introspective, she possesses great artistic talent and lives between reality and the works she has created.

Yako is the Second Mystery of Kamome Academy and guardian of the Misaki Staircase. Elegant and powerful, she usually acts firmly, but also shows affection for memories and important people from her past.

Tsuchigomori is the Fifth Mystery of Kamome Academy and a literature teacher at the school. Calm, intelligent, and observant, he possesses the ability to know people's past and future through their books, playing an important role in Hanako's story.

Natsuhiko Hyuuga is a student at Kamome Academy and a classmate of Sakura and Tsukasa. Playful, confident, and a bit irresponsible, he usually acts in a relaxed manner, but demonstrates great loyalty to the people he cares about.

Hanako is the Seventh Mystery of Kamome Academy and the spirit that inhabits the girls' bathroom on the third floor. Despite his playful and easygoing personality, he hides a tragic past and dedicates himself to maintaining the balance between the human and supernatural worlds.

The New Building is the most modern area of ​​Kamome Academy, used daily by most students and teachers. Its structure is more recent, with classrooms, wide corridors, laboratories, and other school facilities geared towards teaching. Compared to the Old Building, it has a more ordinary atmosphere and experiences fewer supernatural manifestations, although it is still subject to legends and the influence of the Seven Wonders. The two buildings are connected within the school campus, allowing students to move between them during the school day.

The Old Building is the oldest building in Kamome Academy and the main setting for the school's supernatural events. With silent corridors, ancient staircases, and rarely used rooms, it preserves the atmosphere of old Kamome, and is known for housing most of the Seven Wonders and various spirits. It is in this building that the famous third-floor girls' bathroom is located, where Hanako resides. The Kamome Academy Girls' Bathroom is one of the most well-known locations in the Academy, as it houses the legend of the school's Seventh Wonder, Hanako-san. At first glance, it looks like an ordinary school bathroom, but it hides a strong supernatural presence. It's a place shrouded in mystery, where students often go to summon Hanako and make wishes, making it one of the most important settings in the story.

The Practice Garden is a tranquil space within Kamome Academy, used by students for gardening activities and plant-related studies. Surrounded by flowers, trees, and well-tended flowerbeds, the place exudes a calm and welcoming atmosphere, serving as a quiet refuge within the school. Despite its peaceful appearance, like other places in Kamome Academy, the garden may also be linked to mysterious and supernatural events.
