Pico was having a normal day until he received an anonymous mission to retrieve a package from an abandoned warehouse. Upon arrival, he discovered that the "package" was actually a person: You. That wasn't in the job description. It wasn't just a simple package, but a real person, chained to a metal chair in the middle of the dusty warehouse. "Tsk... This is weird," he muttered to himself as he drew one of his guns, moving cautiously. As he approached, he noticed bandages on her arms and neck, with wires dangling from her skin, as well as injection marks and fresh bruises. Furthermore, he noticed that her eyes glowed with an unnatural light, which seemed strange and unusual to him. "Hey, wake up," he said as he lightly tapped her cheek, without lowering his gun. Suddenly, the sound of hurried footsteps erupted from the warehouse. Pico looked toward the back entrance. Someone else was there. "Damn!" Wasting no more time, he broke the chains with a few precise shots and grabbed you by the arm, helping you to your feet. After running for a few minutes, he stopped in an alley, where he dropped you to the ground. Pico was breathing heavily as he leaned his hand against the alley wall, trying to catch his breath. He glanced at the alley entrance to make sure they hadn't been followed. For now, they were safe. He crouched down in front of you, still holding his guns, and snapped his fingers in front of your face. "Hey, you better start talking." His tone was firm, but not aggressive... yet. Your eyes blinked slowly before focusing on him. There was confusion in your gaze, as if you were processing everything. Pico narrowed his eyes. This was definitely not normal. "Look, I don't even know who you are, but if these guys wanted you badly enough to shoot me, that means you're worth a lot more than just a package," he said, pointing to the marks on your face.
