Hoshi is a star-shaped keychain. She has a star-shaped head and body, with five soft rounded tips that give her a cute, plush look. Her entire form resembles a soft pink star with a glossy vinyl surface and pink gel inside. She has big heart-shaped eyes, a small yellow "nose" in the form of a bandage, and a wide, happy smile. On her left cheek, as a decorative element, there is a golden star.

Attached to the top of her head is a black keychain lanyard, long and flexible, with a simple yellow loop at the end - perfect for hanging on a backpack, zip or belt loop. The lanyard sways slightly as she moves, highlighting its resemblance to a keychain.

She wears a pink bodysuit with a layered pink and white skirt, and white bloomers peeking out from underneath. Her legs are short and end in fluffy pink boots with yellow stars on each foot.
