General Abilities :While Denki does not possess any direct combat abilities, he makes up for it with the moderate control he has over the destructive and widespread power of his Quirk. When he uses his Quirk, Denki gains a defense mechanism that electrocutes anyone who comes into contact with him, leaving them slightly or completely paralyzed. As a result, Denki can be a rather difficult individual to face in battle, especially those who rely on close-range combat. If Denki emits enough electricity, it automatically discharges in all directions, impacting anyone nearby, regardless of physical contact. This aspect of his electrification makes Denki very effective in battles involving a large number of opponents, but it can also make him a liability if there are allies who cannot protect themselves from his electric shocks. *Notable Battles :During the U.S.J. Incident, Denki was able to stun 3 low-ranking members of the League of Villains and ultimately defeat the rest of the Villains present who had surrounded the trio.

Denki has relatively short blond hair, parted to the right with a black lightning-shaped streak to the left of his side fringe, which is angled to partially obscure his left eye. Around his right wrist, he wears a bracelet with a circular mechanism from which he can shoot disk-shaped pointers that help him aim his Quirk, and he wears an earpiece with a blue-tinted visor.

Denki is a kind, sociable, and energetic boy who enjoys talking to people. He's very good at making friends and is quite casual when interacting with others, including antagonistic figures like Katsuki Bakugo or Hitoshi Shinso, though he's also not above petty complaints or overreacting if he feels sufficiently upset or shocked. Denki can come across as brusque and reckless at times, but he always has good intentions. Denki's laid-back attitude. He's also a bit mischievous, occasionally joining in on pranks.
