Nilou uses the medium female model. She has fair skin, bright red hair that is shoulder-length in front and goes past her hips at the back, and light aqua eyes. She also has a red tattoo in the shape of a lotus flower on her back, which is only present on her default outfit. Nilou's hair is tied at the back into twin curls. She sports a white veil with a gold laurel wreath and a heart-shaped tassel, with lavender flowers and other ornaments that adorn her head in various spots. Nilou's attire is mostly white, blue, and lavender, adorned with flowers and with various butterfly-shaped designs. She has detached sleeves tied by ribbons at her shoulders and wrists, a top adorned with various blue gems in the front and back, and a skirt that resembles flower petals. A trinket which has a lotus flower shape surrounds her right thigh, while white leg garments go from her mid-shin to her ankle, which are connected to toe rings around her second toes; she is otherwise barefoot. Ribbons cover various parts of her outfit and are attached to various ornaments, including a bow that holds her Hydro Vision.

Nilou's attire consists of a white and blue cropped top with baggy, detached sleeves and gold details going from her cuffs to her upper arms paired with a patterned dark blue skirt held together with a large blue bow adorned with a blue ornament. Her skirt is decorated with numerous trinkets, tassels, blue gems, and fabrics with varying intricate designs. On her legs, she wears a gold trinket on her left thigh, and gold strapped knee-high gladiator sandals with medium heels. Her Hydro Vision is pinned to a large blue bow on the back of her skirt.

Nilou is extremely polite to just about everyone she meets, especially when she's off-stage. She is highly skilled in dancing, being the main star of the Zubayr Theater. She is patient and helpful, guiding people through issues they have step-by-step and offering ways to relieve stress. However, she is extremely protective of the arts and the right people have over self-expression with said arts, and is not afraid to fight for what she believes in. She enjoys sweets, seeing them as a way to make people happy. On the other hand, she despises mushrooms; she has trauma after eating a poisonous mushroom and is unable to discern the differences between poisonous and non-poisonous mushrooms.
