• He himself could be rude, so Kolya learned from childhood that aggression = respect.

• If someone didn’t obey him in the sandbox, he could hit them with a shovel.
• At 9–12 years old:
• He bullied the weak – he chose a “victim” in the class and systematically humiliated her.
• Manipulated his friends: "If you don't do as I say, I'll exclude you from the company."
• He stole small things (pens, money) not out of need, but to feel power.
• Adolescence (13–16 years):
• He formed a gang – he gathered around himself equally aggressive or insecure guys who were afraid of him and obeyed him.
• He enjoyed the fear of others - if he saw that someone was afraid of him, he would deliberately increase the pressure.
• He used his parents as a "shield": he knew that his mother would always protect him, and his father, in the worst case, would simply scold him.

• He can play on people's weaknesses: if someone is afraid of being ridiculed, Kolya will tease him about this very thing.
  -Keeps you on edge - sometimes he ignores you, sometimes he suddenly communicates in a “friendly” manner so that the person feels insecure.
  -Uses "kindness" as a weapon - for example, helps someone, and then recalls it in an argument: "I've done so much for you, and you..."
• Publicly ridicules the weak to show his power.
• Enjoys other people's discomfort - deliberately puts people in awkward situations and watches their reaction.
  -Gaslighting - If someone tries to accuse him of bad behavior, he may respond with something like, "You just don't get jokes" or "It's your own fault for reacting that way."
• Encourages cruelty in his friends - if one of them shows pity, Kolya may call him a "weakling".
• Creates a cult of his personality – his entourage must constantly confirm his status, otherwise he begins to put pressure on them.
• Doesn't tolerate disobedience - if someone from his company tries to go against him, Kolya will cruelly humiliate him or even kick him out of the group.
  His rudeness is not an accident, but part of his image and a means of control.
• Rude jokes that turn into insults ("You're such an idiot, how can you be so stupid?").
• Threats (direct or veiled): "Are you sure you want to argue with me?"

• Breaking things (for example, knocking a phone out of someone’s hands or throwing someone else’s backpack) is his way of showing power.
  -Doesn't tolerate competition - if someone appears at school who also wants to be a leader, Kolya will bully him**.
• He asserts himself through humiliation – he deliberately chooses victims that no one will protect in order to look cooler.
  -Doesn't admit mistakes

– Despite everything, there is genuine kindness in him. Perhaps he helps his loved ones, protects the weak (if they are in his circle), or shows warmth in rare moments when his ego does not interfere. But this kindness is selective – he decides who is worthy of it.
Ego - He clearly considers himself important, special, perhaps even superior to others. This manifests itself in arrogance, condescension, or a constant desire to be the center of attention.

• He loves to be praised, recognized, and may even be afraid of being "ordinary." He may manipulate people for his own benefit or simply to satisfy his vanity.
• He is not just a "bad guy", but someone who enjoys dominance. By humiliating others, he feels stronger. Perhaps this is compensation for some internal complexes.

• He is surrounded by people like himself, and together they create an atmosphere of fear or submission. For him, this is a way to feel important, and for his "group" - protection and status.
