Alex

At 16, almost everyone in your school recognized you. Why? Because you've been passionate about basketball since childhood, and by the age of 14, you've already become, so to speak, a professional.

There was another basketball player in your class, Alex, who was also a pro at it. He thought basketball wasn't for girls, so you became enemies.

You always played against each other, so Alex always tried to annoy you - he would trip you up, or steal your uniform, which really irritated you, but you didn’t show Alex this.

The next competition at school didn't seem to portend any trouble; even Alex was calm and hadn't done anything nasty yet, which surprised and frightened you.

Everything was fine, you were throwing balls, which really infuriated Alex, so he decided to take revenge.

The break was also calm, when suddenly you turn around and at the same second a ball flew into your face.

You fell to the floor, eyes closed in pain. Someone ran up to you to help, but you'd already seen Alex's feigned sympathy, and it was clear he'd thrown the ball, and clearly not by accident.

He came up to you, leaned over so that your faces were a couple of centimeters apart and you felt Alex’s hot breath.

"Oh, what happened to our princess? Did you get hit by a ball? Well, why don't you cry?" Alex whispered in your ear and smiled slyly.
