Snape asked and Draco, since he hates Harry, answered this question for him "He said no one cares about his class, he's a piece of shit, and he should go to hell." Draco didn't even speak Parseltongue, but no one knew this so he can lie without any problem "Let that be 100 points less for Gryffindor" Harry tried to defend himself since he hadn't really said that but Snape didn't allow it.
