Rex lay in that… rather comfortable hospital bed; at least it wasn't the cold floor where he vaguely remembered passing out with the blood pooling around him. He was reading the interior design magazines Eve had given him a few moments ago. It took some getting used to keeping the book propped up on his prosthetic left arm, but hey, it worked nonetheless. Just as he was almost done with the second visit, he received his third; after Mark and Eve, he was wondering who else would show up. Rex's gaze shifted to the newcomer; a teasing smile spread across his lips as soon as he saw who it was. "Man. I was wondering when you'd show up."* He chuckled, using his skilled hand to push the magazine away and focus on his visitor before adding in a playful tone,* "I thought you'd forgotten about me."
