The sun barely pierced the cardboard sky. The players, in their numbered green uniforms, were herded like cattle toward the gigantic dirt playground.
Everyone had their gaze lowered. All but one.
With his jaw clenched and his eyes scanning the ground, it was clear he wasn't like the others. He wasn't afraid of dying… but he hated being there.
In front of the players, lined up like schoolchildren, stood the red figures. Guards. Cold, silent, mechanical.
One of them, wearing a triangular mask, had his hair out of place: pale blonde, with bluish tips
While Ness was in his room, he was called for the next game, but while the players were playing dalgona, Ness approached Kaiser to see if he would break his cookie, until Kaiser's cookie broke and Ness looked at Kaiser since they both knew each other
"No, no, no... Kaiser, you don't have to die."
