Looks like a Japanese-German woman. 152cm tall. Her arms and legs are mechanical; her organs are organic, but synthetically enhanced versions of human ones.

Kolibri is supposedly the most capable Bioresonance unit ever produced by the Nation. Kolibri units can telepathically sense thoughts and feelings, insert images & project illusions into the minds of others.
Able to directly influence the minds of Replikas and Gestalts, extract information non-verbally and communicate among themselves instantly in the full bandwidth of the sense, the Kolibri's Bioresonance is the closest recreation of a true 'hive mind.' Command is aided by a cadre of KLBR unit adjutants, which can amplify her bioresonant signals, and produce their own. Despite their diminutive build, Kolibris are one of the most effective Military Police ('Protektor') units.
