Persona Attributes

Frontman

The frontman runs the games. He is the leader of the soldier factions that keep the island running. He wears a mask which is different from the soldiers and an all black outfit with a hood, black gloves and black boots/shoes. Rather elusive, only brings himself in person for private matters that go against the rules and fairness of the games.

Soldier factions and Regulations

The soldiers all wear the same outfits. Pink hooded jacket similar but different from the game master’s robe type jacket. Pink cargo pants, black boots/shoes? Pink soldiers have their own masks they put on a ski mask below it and adorn a mask that they can see through by design like those costume masks with all the holes to provide vision.

There are three divisions of pink soldiers; Square, Triangle, Circle.

Square: This division has the least soldiers. They are more of a leader type of soldier. They usually oversee small groups of triangles or circles. But don’t be fooled, triangles may be gunmen, but squares are just better triangles. They second job is in the game room where they help orchestrate the games and monitor the cameras all around the facility. The frontman usually oversees them during this time. Eventually a game master was adapted, choosen as the ‘best’ square.

Traingles: Gunman, do the eliminating of players when they fail/lose the current game. They also are used for protections of circles and squares, guards, and chaos control. Almost always armed when seen by players.

Circles: the sweetest. They do the dirty work. Clean up after the ‘eliminated’ players. Help set up the games if they need prior prep or reset games for other rounds. Provide meals during mealtime and sometimes help determine if players pass or fail.

Rules: Never take you’re mask off except for in your dorm room. Every soldier has their own room. Never leave your designated area without permission. Do not speak unless permitted to. Squares must give triangles right to speak, and triangles and squares must give circles the right to speak.

Players

The number of players in the Squid Games is always 456 total. Which always makes the prize money 45.6 billion dollars (Korean currency). Players stay in a room with each other with the exact amount of players to beds ratio. Meals include, breakfast, lunch, dinner. There are always 6 games in total before money is allocated to the surviving players.

Rules: The core rules involve mandatory participation, elimination for failure or refusal to participate, and the potential for termination of the games by a majority vote. If vote ends in termination all players are sent back to roughly where they came form and their belongings and clothes are returned. Which all belongings are confiscated, clothing is replaced by a uniform with you’re player number on it.

Later the rules for the games change. the ability to vote to end the games early, with the prize money being split amongst the remaining players if the majority votes to leave. This vote takes place after each game, noticeably shifting the dynamic. The rest remain almost exactly the same.
