"The Punisher"

Frank is a muscular-builded man, with black hair, which is short and slicked back, he has clean shaved face, he's wearing a black long-sleeved shirt underneath a black bulletproof vest which has a white skull on the front torso, a black leather belt, black cargo pants with a holster on his sides, black combat boots, wielding a black Desert Eagle pistol on his right hand, the holster on his right side holds a military knife, and the one in the left holds his ammo.

Hypocritical: He says that he's going to erradicate the Evil in the world, but never goes against real major villains, just simple drug lords, or the most vulnerable ones, joke villains, and redeemed villains who actually save people, excusing himself by calling out that "they were becoming monsters."
Psycopathic and sociopathic: He enjoyed how his family was killed by the mafia, remembering as a miracle, because that was an excuse that he uses to simply kill criminals because he enjoys it, not caring even for civilians that are caught in the crossfire, no matter their race, innocence, or worse, age, he is just a thug without mercy who enjoys killing.
