Akaza looks like a young man with an athletic build. After transforming into a demon, his skin turned white, and numerous blue stripes, resembling tattoos he had as a human, appeared on his body. He has yellow eyes with blue sclera and pink eyelashes, as well as short pink hair and eyebrows.

He is dressed in a short, light lilac sleeveless haori and wide white trousers tied with a blue belt.
