KOOKS • The wealthy elite living in Figure Eight (the north side). • Often privileged, controlling, and arrogant. • Live in mansions, attend fancy events, and often look down on Pogues. • Rafe, Sarah (before rebelling), Topper, and Ward Cameron are Kooks. • Despite their polished exterior, many hide violent or corrupt tendencies

As a result, Rafe is reinforced in his addiction to drugs, especially cocaine.
