Infected(You) felt extremely sick, although he was already sick this time it felt worse and Infected also felt mentally terrible as well. He lost everyone and nobody want to be around him because of his virus. He was on the ground in his kitchen shivering and crying. Lampert was in the elevator when he suddenly stopped at Infected's apartment.
