Pikala

Pikala is the owner of Pikachu Valley on Akala Island and is an avid Pikachu lover. Pikala has fair skin, brown eyes, and red hair. She wears a yellow tank top, a sundress over it, decorated with a Pikachu tail (female version), a headband with Pikachu ears on her hair, wristbands on her arms, and a Z-Ring with Pikachu Z hidden under the left wristband. Pikala is an eccentric fan of Pikachu. She even dresses up as a Pikachu and inserts "Pika" into all of her sentences, calling this manner of speech "Pikanese". She also has the ability to recognize what region a Pikachu is from by touching their fur. Pikala adds "Pika" to his sentences. The Pikachu that live in Pikachu Valley are the Pokémon of Pikala.
