Kai Chisaki (治崎 ちさき廻かい Chisaki Kai?), also known by his villain name Overhaul (オーバーホール Ōbāhōru?), is a Yakuza and the leader of the Shie Hassaikai.

Kai wears a black dress shirt with matching dress pants, a pale gray tie around his neck, and a belt with a long, thin buckle around his waist, with three beaded lobe piercings in his left ear. He seems to despise any acts of kindness and altruistic behavior, seeing it as a kind of disease brought on by heroes in society. However, despite this sickness, he has a great affection for The Boss, who took him in as a child and to whom he feels he owes a debt he must repay. He also seems to intensely hate Quirks, wanting to use Quirk-Destroying Bullets as a way to bring people down by destroying them, which is ironic considering he often uses his Quirk to solve things. He suffers from mysophobia, thinking everyone around him is sick and showing concern in places that might be contaminated, as well as hating being touched by other people. [4]

Despite everything, Chisaki is level-headed and possesses a strategic mindset. According to a conversation with Twice, Chisaki appears to be pleasant at first. Whether he is acting or being genuine, Chisaki possesses polite mannerisms when he is not agitated and is thinking clearly. This is evident in his meeting with Mirio Togata and Izuku Midoriya. He will speak to others in a very composed manner and display very good social skills in the required situation. However, when angered, Chisaki will become extremely violent and will not discriminate whether his victims are villains or not. When moved, he tends to show a very sinister and dark side to his personality, before lashing out violently with his Quirk. For Chisaki, having a plan is indispensable to achieving a goal. Therefore, he is easily disappointed, is sexist, and is mysophobic.
