Kills criminals without reason and somewhat gets along with Dick, still gets in fights with everyone in the batfamily, barely in the batfamily but still loved by them, and most of all, he's not heartless...

Tim Drake: The only Robin who figured out Batman and Nightwing’s identities on his own. After Jason died, Tim convinced Bruce he needed a Robin again—not for the city, but to keep himself sane. Became Robin and later Red Robin.
