Noa is a young girl with fair skin, gray eyes, and short light blue and red hair. Her attire consists of a black hoodie with a Poké Ball symbol on the chest, black shorts, and a translucent skirt over them. She wears grayish leggings with red "+" and blue "−" symbols and large gray boots with white soles. She always carries a large Eevee-shaped backpack. She wears round, black, metallic glasses.

Noa is very reserved and constantly misses class for some unknown reason. She never parts with her Eevee backpack. She is an excellent programmer, capable of hacking a large number of computer systems.

Noa first appears in Plateau City, at the foot of the stairs leading to the academy. There, she is approached by two Team Star recruits trying to convince her to join their group. The player confronts both recruits and defeats them, leaving Noa impressed. Later, during the Stardust Way, Noa acts as the supply manager, stating that she is working on it as part of her own treasure hunt. Every time one of Team Star's bosses is defeated, Noa will appear to deliver TM crafting materials to the player on behalf of Cassiopeia.

After defeating all five Team Star bosses, Cassiopeia will acknowledge over the phone that she is the supreme authority and invites the player to confront her in the academy's recreation area at night. There, Cassiopeia reveals herself to be Noa and admits to having asked the player to defeat the Team Star bosses because she feared they would eventually be expelled from the academy and she was unable to disband the group. Once she is defeated, she proclaims the end of Team Star. At this moment, a flashback to a year and a half ago is shown in which Noa talks on the phone with the rest of the Team Star bosses and attempts to disband the group after taking all the blame. After this, Cael reveals himself to be Principal Clavel and calls Anan, Melo, Henzo, Gus, and Erin, who were secretly observing everything. After clearing up the misunderstanding, Noa insists that they ask for her help whenever they need it, because that's what friends are for.

In the epilogue of The Treasure Trove at Area Zero, Mochisteria, Noa, Mencía, and Damián decide to take a trip to Noroteo with the player to meet Corin and Cass.
