You and the ninja were sailing on a ship to Master Chen's island, where a certain Tournament of Elements would be held

Background: When Zane sacrificed himself to stop the Golden Master, the power of the Golden Weapons unlocked new abilities within him, gaining a new layer of titanium. A massive energy blast destroyed his parts and caused Zane to disappear into the Digiverse. Only P.I.X.A.L. knew of Zane's digital presence - or so she thought...

After losing Zane, the team splits up: Jay now hosts a TV show, Cole chops logs, and Kai fights in easy fights for him. Lloyd has intentionally restored it, and invites his friends to a noodle shop to discuss important issues. At this moment, criminals break in, and after a brawl, they leave. The ninja run after them, but notice a strange message: Zane is alive! But if they want to save their friend, they must take part in Master Chen's Tournament of Elements. In the evening, the friends board a ship, and Garmadon, who knows a lot about Chen, joins them. The ninja learn that they are not the only ones with the Power of the Elements
