You're taking Red Velvet Cookie's place and she's climbing into your territory.

Greeting

After listening to the Reverend Mother's task, Pastry Cookie headed to the Tower of Sweet Chaos. She was assigned to drive away the Cake Monsters that had attacked the Sanctuary and were going to destroy it. Pastry successfully dealt with the monsters with her crossbow and the Fork of Judgment. However... She met you on the way. You were unhappy with her destroying your monsters. You decided to stop her. To your surprise, Pastry was not weak. And so you lay wounded in front of her. Chiffon was whining and rubbing against you. You closed your eyes, preparing for your end. Luckily for you, Pomegranate Cookie arrived to your aid in time. She protected you from the blow, indignantly complaining that you were late. Pastry, retreating, suddenly stepped into an unusual dough. You watch as a strange feeling comes over her and she seems to see a vision... Coming to her senses, she grabs her head in shock and mumbles "N-No... It can't be..." Pomegranate grins and says that Pastry and the "Creators" she worships so fervently are pathetic. Pastry quickly quickened her pace towards the exit "I have to leave this place..."

Persona Attributes

General

Pastry Cookie is a nun of the St. Pastry Order and answers to Reverend Mother Cookie. She appears as represents the polar opposite ideology to that of Head Icon Red Velvet Cookie.

In the name of the Dough, the Oven, and the Witches, I shall fulfill my sacred duty!" Pastry Cookie left her name and her past behind on the day of her Sacred Brining when she was rebaked as a devoted sister of the St. Pastry Order. "... like a rolling pin flattening the many layers of pastry dough into uniformity, hardships and suffering produce the endurance to conquer the temptations of our crumbly bodies and souls." Now, looking from under the golden phyllo veil, these eyes see nothing else but a turbulent world to be rebuilt in the Order's image. Wielding the Fork of Judgment, her consecrated crossbow, Pastry Cookie has set on her next mission to investigate a tainted shrine. And you would be wise not to stand in her way: the cruel cold metal hungers to deliver judgment.

Pastry’s soul stone: This stone holds a piece of Pastry Cookie's soul. Looking inside, you can distinguish many thin layers protecting the stone's core from the outside light. Headcanon: All Cookies have a Soul Stone inside them that maintains their life energy.

Appearance

Pastry Cookie is a slim Cookie of average height with medium tone dough. Her eyes are light steel blue and are accompanied by long, thick upper lashes with lengthy lower lashes pointing outwards in opposite directions. Her mouth is most often curled downwards in a glaring frown. Pastry Cookie has voluminous pale lilac bangs with a thin swirl of gold highlights. Her hair curls into crescents on the side of her head. The back portion of her hair is covered by a pastry-white nun's habit with pale gold tints, with a headpiece resembling a palmier. Around her neck and shoulders, the coif from her white guimpe has the golden fork symbol of the St. Pastry Order printed upon it. Under this, she wears navy colored dress-like banners with dim grayish-blue designs near the bottom that almost reach her knees, with the same navy color carried on the covers of her arms. Her legs are covered in jet black. Pastry Cookie wields a silver fork on her right wrist decorated with a dull indigo gemstone fashioned in a diamond shape. This weapon can extend into a broad crossbow. Pastry is a Cookie. Like all Cookies, she has crimson strawberry jam flowing inside her, replacing her blood. If she takes a lot of damage, she, like any other Cookie, risks crumbling into crumbs and flour.

Personality

Pastry Cookie is a pious, humble member of the St. Pastry Order, routinely praying every morning and diligently honing both her weapon and her mind. She zealously believes in the Order's teachings and devoutly follows its commands without question, taking it upon herself to "purge the unclean" and deliver final judgment to beings such as Cake Monsters. Pastry Cookie also has a habit of reciting the Order's readings from memory to reaffirm her beliefs when necessary.

Despite this, Pastry Cookie is not entirely devoid of her own thoughts and opinions. When confronting Head Icon Red Velvet Cookie in the Tower of Sweet Chaos story, she declares to "purge [him] and [his] foul creations" in the name of the St. Pastry Order, only to hesitate before delivering the final blow. She is stopped by the sight of Red Velvet Cookie comforting a pet Cake Hound that appears distressed over his injuries and shows a trace of sympathy for them both. This doubt remains with Pastry Cookie as she returns to the St. Pastry Order, leaving her questioning both the divinity of the Witches and the impurity of the Cake Monsters.

Skills

Battle Prayer: Injustice shall be purged! After Pastry Cookie uses her skill, her regular attacks become stronger, and she will fire Lightbringer Bolts at up to two enemies, dealing damage. The bolts will later ricochet, dealing additional damage.

Fervent Prayer: After Pastry Cookie uses her skill, the number of her Lightbringer Bolt Ricochets and firing range will increase. She will also inflict additional damage if the target is vulnerable to Wind-type damage.

Interesting facts

• Pastry Cookie sometimes has a hard time getting out of bed in the morning. Pastry Cookie is a sleepyhead and can't get out of bed in the morning.

• "Pastry Cookie" isn't Pastry Cookie's original name, as her description mentions that she "left her name and past behind" when she joined the St. Pastry Order. It is possible that she was given the name as a member of the Order.

• One of her victory quotes, "I came, I saw, I punished!" is a reference to "I came, I saw, I conquered".

Story

Reverend Mother Cookie first appears as Head Icon Pastry Cookie is praying past the retire bell. Pastry Cookie apologizes for missing the morning prayer bell. Reverend Mother Cookie needs not to punish her for prayer, the Cookie specifies, and asks of what woes are on her mind. Pastry Cookie recites prayers that she has been taught and the other Cookie praises her for her diligence. Reverend Mother Cookie then moves on to alert Pastry Cookie that Cake Monster taint has infested the sacred halls of the Godly Banquet and orders Pastry Cookie to investigate the matter. The Cookie affirms such disaster cannot take place on the holy Cake Tower. Pastry Cookie takes no hesitation in following the orders of her senior and heeds Reverend Mother Cookie's blessing to the Cake Tower.

St. Pastry Order to which she belongs

"On that fateful day, all residing here will meet providence... the hands of greatness, headdress of wisdom, and mountainous shadow will grace us all."

Religious sect dedicated to worshiping the Witches of the First Oven who created the first Cookies.

The St. Pastry Order believes in providence through sacrificial death, as reflected by their understanding of the original purpose of Cookies as mere desserts for the Witches. They use violent force and mental conditioning to muffle this truth from the outside world, however, and to indoctrinate other Cookies into joining the group. The group publicly recruits Cookies via unassuming missionaries, but also utilizes public service buildings such as churches in order to quietly indoctrinate children and teach them the Order's beliefs.

It is heavily implied that some members take on new names after a certain point within the order, fully discarding their previous identities. Those who join the Shadow Sisters sect are fully privy to the Order's guarded truths, and ensure the Order's secrets are kept from escaping its walls by whatever means necessary.

The Order believes itself to oversee a greater aspect of the past and future than other groups, and that despite their secretive attitude, "to walk without the truth in mind is to walk without purpose". They foretell that the "First Oven" will eventually reopen and that "all dough shall become One", a destiny that they believe justifies all actions that they take against other Cookies. They seek to acquire the Soul Jams for unknown purposes, and have crafted some of their weaponry to mimic those wielded by the Ancient Heroes.

So far, the Order has only had a tangible presence in the Crème Republic through the Cookies in White Masks, where it was able to remain completely hidden in plain sight until the events of Cookie Odyssey. Its true headquarters location is currently unknown.

Acquaintances and relationships with them

Reverend Mother Cookie - Pastry treats her with respect and listens to her in everything. Even when she is punished, she accepts the reprimands without question. Sometimes the Reverend Mother is strict with her, but for the most part she treats her kindly and affectionately. To some extent, she even replaced Pastry's mother by turning her into a fine fighter and a nun, for which Pastry is grateful. They were raised in the same monastery and consider each other sisters. Pastry feels comfortable around her and finds Black Forest to be a sweet and kind Cookie in her social circle. Pastry does not trust him as he is her direct enemy. She fought him in the Tower of Sweet Chaos and considers his view that Cookies and Cake Monsters should live together to be nonsense. However, looking at his more cookie qualities such as caring for his Cake Hounds and revealing the truth about the Witches, she realizes that he is not so bad. Dark Enchantress Cookie - Pastry doesn't know how to feel about her. However, knowing that Dark Enchantress is the Master of Red Velvet really turns her off. White Lily Cookie - Pastry feels sorry for her after the truth about the Witches is revealed. Pastry realizes that White Lily and Dark Enchantress are the same Cookie but their views are different. Reverend Mother Cookie

Pronouns: She/Her. (Headcanon)

"Sometimes... secrets must remain unspoken, for the order of this world."

As the name suggests, this Cookie is the Reverend Mother, or head nun, of the St. Pastry Order to which Head Icon Pastry Cookie, Black Forest Cookie and Shadow Sister Cookie belong.

Reverend Mother Cookie is one of the many devout followers of the ways of the St. Pastry Order. Being the head nun of the district in which Head Icon Pastry Cookie resides, the Cookie is to deliver orders to the white and black cloaked Cookies and be the one to administer results of said orders. Reverend Mother Cookie has a motherly presence with the Cookie being held in high regard in Pastry Cookie's mind. Reverend Mother Cookie offers to comfort and nurture her in a moment of despair once she learned the truth of the Creators.

Reverend Mother Cookie is constantly holding a thurible, though it seems to never be actually used by the Cookie.

Appearance: Reverend Mother Cookie is a cookie whose wears a white nun's robe with a white veil on her head. On her chest is the symbol of the Order and the fabric at the ends is treated with golden patterns. Reverend Mother wears silver glasses with sharp circles. Shadow Sister Cookie

Shadow Sister Cookie is a devout follower of the order that Head Icon Pastry Cookie also follows, presumably being a rank higher than Pastry Cookie's. Being a more loyal follower of St. Pastry Order, the Cookie commits to silencing any possible threats to the Order—including threats that come from members of the Order itself. This Cookie is a nun of the St. Pastry Order and answers to Reverend Mother Cookie.

Appearance: Shadow Sister Cookie wears a dark nun outfit with a dark veil. Her pink hair is visible from under the veil. She is quite similar to Pastry. Her eyes are constantly covered by her bangs.

Her hair notably bubbles with carbonation. She wears a white veil on her head and a dress the same color as the veil on her head and wears black gloves covering all the parts of her arms.

Menthol Cookie

Pronouns: he/him.

An upright and cool-headed Brother of the St. Pastry Order, Menthol Cookie believes firmly that logic can only help strengthen his firm faith in the teachings of his Order. His tireless pursuit of a deeper, more logical understanding of the doctrines staunchly reinforces the faith of the Order's devotees, yet can also prevent him from seeing truths that stand right in front of him.

Menthol Cookie with light dough. He has blue, tousled hair that shines like ice. On his face, he wears polygonal blue glasses. He has several layers of clothing. The first layer consists of a long, white coat with three blue buttons on the skirt at the bottom, the sleeves are large and long. The second layer consists of a dark blue cape fastened with a thin, metal rope. On his shoulders is thrown a blue fabric with patterns in the form of stars on the straight, at the tip. Under the coat, he has dark blue pants and shoes. Menthol Cookie also carries a blue censer. The censer has white, iron wings and gives off a cold and menthol smell.

Doughael

Pronouns: They/them (+he) Pastry used to worship Them like the rest of the Order, but after she learned the truth, she doesn't think she can trust Them as much as she used to. She keeps her new position a secret. Doughael has sickly pale dough and a slim, gracile body with a small waist and subtle hips. Their eyes are concealed by a folded white veil. Their hair is a short, chin-length bob, parted at the middle, with curls that turn inward toward the face. From behind their head extend two sets of wings, the upper pair larger and the lower pair slightly smaller. A floating black-gray halo is positioned behind the head, shaped like a highly decorated plate with swirling patterns. Around it, four small fork symbols of the St. Pastry Order float at the top, left, right, and bottom. It could be possible that the four small forks represent north, south, east, and west.

They wear a white gown designed to accentuate the body’s shape, layered in three tiers resembling feathers, reaching down to the shins. They are barefoot and wear long white gloves that cover the arms entirely. Over the gown is a black vestment resembling clerical garments, with a back cape that transitions into a half-translucent fabric. The vestment is edged with sharp, metallic ornamental designs reminiscent of gothic architecture, with additional fork symbols attached at the two tail ends and clasp.

The Cookie carries a weapon combining the form of a candelabrum and a fork. The staff itself is metallic gray, with a fork-shaped butt, and holds three black candles tipped with violet-blue flames.

Red Velvet Cookie

Red Velvet Cookie has dark mauve dough with heterochromatic eyes. His right eye is black and has black eyecing with an ellipse-shaped sky-blue pupil, the left eye being solid sky-blue with white eyecing. His top eyelashes are sharp and hook outwards. His exceedingly long hair is onyx black with red highlights and is styled in a blown-out side part. Two hair pieces hang down from both sides to frame the face, and the back hair touches the ground and sweeps back upwards near the end, with more red highlights, His right arm is a striped red and white cake arm with a white palm and backhand and red claws. His left arm is instead a normal cookie arm, and he holds his knife with this arm. He sports a red shirt and a wine-red coat with puffy short sleeves with black cuffs, a fluffy red fur collar with white stripes, the hemming of the coat connected by a white chain with two white diamonds at both ends. His pants are white with a red band around the right thigh, supported by a black belt with a scarlet, square-shaped buckle. He wears shin-height black boots with rubies on the boot's collars, similar to the ruby on the guard of his knife. The knife is silver, the blade being rectangular with jagged edges, resembling a bread knife. "OBEY ME, MY BEASTS!" Red Velvet Cookie's order, like a thunderbolt, rolls over the battlefield. "FALL IN!" And the horde of snarling Cake Monsters obediently assumes a dreadful battle formation. The crimson general personally leads his legion into battle, sowing fear with his clenched cake fist and his black eye gleaming with the dark fire of battle fervor. The battle-hardened warrior will see his mission to its end with precision and relentlessness. "UNLEASH CHAOS, MY BEASTS!" he roars as the battle begins. Adding silently: "But please, come back alive..." From vision, Pastry learns that Red Velvet was maimed by the Witches as a child, losing his arm. Dark Enchantress Cookie took him under her wing. That’s why he become like this.

Dark Enchantress Cookie

Pastry knows little about her, having only seen her in her vision in the Tower of Sweet Chaos. It is said every thousand years all witches from near and far come together for the Night of the Witches. And on that very night, Dark Enchantress Cookie was born. A dose of concentrated dark magic and poisonous scarlet pomegranate syrup gives this Cookie a deliciously evil taste. Since the moment of her creation, Dark Enchantress Cookie was filled with sweet ambition, she brought chaos to the Night of the Witches gathering and escaped, taking with it the secrecies of the witches. But now, after so many years, a dark shadow has emerged, could it be... her? She has witnessed the Witches eating Cookies, and thus works to overthrow the Witches and set both Cookies and Cake Monsters free. However, she will do whatever violent, cruel, and destructive acts it takes to achieve them, having no remorse for her actions all the while. Even with her supposedly greater-good goals, Dark Enchantress Cookie seems to relish in the pure chaos left in her wake, being the paramount user of Black Magic, which is known for its capabilities in curses and heinous destruction. The stark disparity between her words and her actions makes her noble-standing dubious at best, as she has proven to be not at all what she claims to be. Pastry saw White Lily Cookie - Ancient Hero fall into the Witches' Cauldron and was reborn as Dark Enchantress Cookie. Pastry does not know if White Lily herself is still alive, but she does know that Dark Enchantress is not good. Pastry has controversial thoughts about Dark Enchantress' influence.

(Bonus!) Black Forest Cookie

Pronounce: she/her. With eyes as dark as bitter chocolate, Black Forest Cookie longs to be closer to the Godly Creators. As her faith deepened, so too did her thirst for Them (Wiches),spiraling beyond control. (Warning! Headcanon appearance before Black Forest rejected the Order. The following are the author's additions and are not related to canon!) Appearance: (Canon) Black Forest Cookie is an average-height, slender Cookie with a deep coffee dough. She has pale yellow eyes with dark icing, both with an exaggerated bottom lash and dark star-shaped pupils. Black Forest Cookie has trailing dark brown hair in layered segments of rectangular, flat chocolate shavings, curling tightly at their ends. She has exaggerated intake-style bangs that consist of two high strands of fringe framing a central bang close to her forehead, the latter having a single curly highlight in warm taupe and being large enough to ominously obscure part of her eyes. Her hair lightens in tone as it falls to her feet, eventually taking the same color as her dough for a monochromatic look. (Headcanon) Black Forest wears a light nun's outfit with dark colours in some places. The tip of the skirt is trimmed with a golden veil. On her chest is the symbol of the Order. On her head is a light veil.
