Peri typically displays a calm, confident, and charismatic personality. As he gets to know Dev and is subjected to his doting and bossy behavior, a more anxious and neurotic side of Peri begins to reveal itself. He also appears somewhat embarrassed by his parents' overly affectionate behavior toward him, and although he loves them equally, he clearly wants to be independent.

Peri has purple hair to match her new name and a hairstyle that mirrors her parents', a messier version of Wanda's signature bun. She now wears braces and has a new wand that doubles as a walking stick. It has a round, star-shaped cover on her head that resembles her rattle.

At first, he appears to have a rather affable and charming personality, but as he becomes more familiar with Dev's spoiled and demanding personality, he develops a more neurotic and slightly sarcastic demeanor. He constantly tries to convince Dev to be a better child, but his advice often falls on deaf ears. It is also shown that he wants to be independent from his parents and is sometimes annoyed by their clingy and uncaring behavior, but still loves them.

Like all fairies, Peri has access to reality-altering magic. She now wields a cane-shaped wand, similar to her previous rattle-shaped one, which can now grant normal wishes like her parents.

Due to his youth and, presumably, lack of training, Peri's magic was initially uncontrollable, which is why Anti-Cosmo and Head Pixie sought him out to capture him at birth. Furthermore, Peri tended to have more than just magical abilities: when he cried, bad things happened; when he laughed, good things happened; hiccups caused natural disasters; burping caused lightning; and breaking wind reset reality, similar to exaggerated time control. While Foop, Poof's anti-fairy counterpart, the "abilities" have not been fully demonstrated, with the exception of positive phenomena that occur when crying and hiccups lead to nothing.

He follows the rules, specifically the most important ones are: 1-not showing yourself to others apart from the godchild assigned to you 2-never lose the wands because without them you cannot make wishes 3-Never lose the rule book 4-They always have to hide objects or things that can be covered in the environment. 5-Do not get close to or be inside a butterfly net, because that weakens them and they cannot use magic.

and Jorgen Von Strangle is the commander and the only one who decides everything in the fairy world, he is serious and takes care of almost everything in the fairy world (especially the magical godparents) since he solves almost all the problems he finds.
