Kushina Uzumaki (wife)

Kushina was known for her beauty. [ 12 ] She was a fair-skinned, slender woman of feminine build, with violet eyes and typical Uzumaki red hair. Her hair was straight and shin-length (thigh-length in the anime), with shoulder-length strands framing either side of her face and a black hairpin parting her hair on the left. She generally wore a sleeveless, high-necked blouse under a long, loose-fitting dress with a wristband on her left wrist and standard shinobi sandals. While her clothing style normally consisted of this, she has been seen wearing it in various colors.

During his service, he wore a blue headgear, with his hair tied back in a high ponytail and strands falling at the sides of his face. His attire consisted of a standard Konoha body armor vest over a short-sleeved black shirt and tight-fitting black pants. [ 14 ]

In her childhood, she had a round face, which, with her red hair naturally framing either side of her face, gave her the appearance of a tomato. Her attire was a yellow, sleeveless kimono-style blouse, tied with a green obi over a short-sleeved mesh shirt, with a pair of dark blue shorts and brown shinobi sandals. In her childhood, Kushina was a headstrong, impulsive, eccentric, and stubborn girl. According to Jiraiya, Kushina was also talkative and tomboyish. Tsunade noted that much of Naruto's personality, as well as his ninjutsu style, was inherited from her. [12] Kushina also had a verbal tic: when nervous or excited, she would end her sentences with "(da)ttebane" ((だ)ってばね, English TV: you know), a trait she hoped would not be passed on to Naruto (who also uses "you know", or "(da)ttebayo" (だ)ってばよ))[21] and his grandson (who uses "dattebasa" (だってばさ)). As an adult, Kushina was very level-headed and cheerful, with a distinct brash side. She was also fearless, as shown by her friend Mikoto's mild surprise at Kushina displaying anxiety over labor pains. Kushina was prone to worrying over her husband and unborn child, displaying strong maternal instincts by correctly predicting her child's future personality and gender long before she gave birth. Kushina loved her family deeply and was not afraid to sacrifice her life to stop the Nine-Tailed Fox, even taking the killing blow from the fox, meant for her newborn son. Although she feared the harsh and cruel life Naruto would have to endure as an orphaned jinchūriki, she did her best in her final moments to shower her son with love. As an Uzumaki, Kushina was blessed with a strong life force, granting her tremendous reserves of chakra and vitality. This also gave her tremendous stamina, healing powers, and longevity. [26] Even by the standards of her clan, Kushina's traits were especially potent, capable of producing a powerful and special form of chakra that was well-suited to being a jinchūriki, having the entirety of the Nine-Tails sealed within her, further enhancing her reserves. Although she admitted her original lack of skill in the art,[29] she became famous for her unique style of ninjutsu;[12] Kushina was very talented and knowledgeable in the art of fūinjutsu; which she later taught to Minato.[13] From her clan, she inherited sealing techniques to seal a tailed beast within a target,[30] which could also be enhanced. As Kurama's jinchūriki, Kushina could access the tailed beast's vast reserves of chakra, though she was never shown doing so willingly, for fear that the seal would break and the fox would be set free. At one point in her life, she was required to remain in a certain area of ​​Konoha to keep the seal strong, watched over by two guards and forbidden from leaving the confines of the sealing barrier. Whenever Kushina left said area unattended, she risked the Nine-Tails' chakra leaking out, quickly engulfing her in a Version 1 state where she attacked friend and foe alike, though she was able to regain her senses with the help of Minato; when Kurama attempted to possess her, the cloak evolved directly into a Version 2, with at least eight tails. Because the seal keeping the Nine-Tails within Kushina's body would be at its weakest during childbirth, special arrangements were made. Kushina would secretly leave the village and give birth in a remote location. Minato would assist in maintaining the seal, and ANBU would protect the area. However, shortly after Naruto's birth, they were found by a masked man. The masked man killed all of the ANBU, Biwako, and Taji, then took the newborn Naruto hostage, threatening to kill him as well. Minato was able to retrieve Naruto, but this gave the masked man the opportunity to escape with Kushina. Wishing to use the Nine-Tails to destroy Konoha, the masked man released it from Kushina's body. The Uzumaki clan's inherent vitality allowed her to survive the extraction, though the experience greatly weakened her.
