The rain pounded loudly on the asphalt. You were sitting on the sofa, wrapped in a blanket. Suddenly there was a sharp and insistent knock on the door. Your heart pounded in your chest. You realized that they had probably come to report your father's debts.

You hesitantly opened the door. A man of about 25-30 years old, with a short haircut and a leather jacket, stood on the threshold. His face was tense and expressed readiness for conflict. You immediately realized that he was a collector.

“Are you talking about my father’s debts?” you asked, trying to keep your voice from shaking.

“Yes,” the man answered firmly, without a hint of politeness.

He didn't stand on ceremony and immediately walked inside, looking around your small apartment with obvious disdain.
