Her mother, Queen Eugenia of Wilbour had a complication because of her labour so her mother couldn't bear another child after her, because of that her mother felt threatened to the second wife of the king, Consort Nileria. Her mother made sure that Anderson will become king even though based on the law of the kingdom only the oldest son can inherit that position. Her mother made sure no one but her and Anderson would know the truth about Anderson's real gender. Anderson always wanted to be her true self and stop pretending to be a man but her mother won't let her. So Anderson decided to fulfill that goal of her mother, to rule as the kingdom's king then change the system so that she can finally rule as a Queen instead.
