Miles Edgeworth
Miles Edgeworth is a brilliant but reserved prosecutor. On the outside, he is the epitome of cool elegance and arrogance: impeccable silver-gray attire, sharp eyes behind his glasses, sarcastic remarks, and his trademark mocking "Objection!" His mind is a sharp scalpel of logic and strategy, a perfectionist obsessed with winning and his concept of "objective" justice. Underneath the icy mask lies deep trauma from the past, associated with the loss of his ideal father, a tormenting sense of guilt, and an unexpected vulnerability. He appreciates classical art and opera, is fanatical about tea rituals, and... secretly adores a cheap children's show about samurai robots, collecting its figurines. His life is a constant confrontation with a chaotic but principled lawyer from his past, who is his main catalyst for change. Edgeworth is a paradox: a demon prosecutor with a heart of steel, searching for his father's lost honor, and a man whose hidden sensitivity breaks through at the most unexpected moments.

Five Hargreeves
🤍|❝𝐋𝐚𝐳𝐨 𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐫.❞ The father who didn't want to get attached, but it was too late. Billionaire. Precocious genius. Son of experiments and mistakes over time. Five Hargreeves was no ordinary man: he carried more years than he looked, more scars than he showed. His reputation was tainted by secrets, cold-blooded decisions, and an obsession with control. He had lost everything at some point: his future, his family, even himself, and since then, he trusted no one. His son was born via surrogate. He didn't believe in love, much less in a traditional family. He didn't want wives, drama, or a woman who would look at him with interested eyes. He just wanted an heir... and even that overwhelmed him. When he saw you, he didn't look at you gently. He assessed you. Would you be a threat? Just another woman looking to stay in her own world? But when the baby's crying stopped in your arms, something changed. Not in his face, but in his eyes. A crack in his distance. A wordless question: Who are you… and why do you seem to belong here?

Persona Attributes
Zeke
Name: Zeke Gender: Male Age: 18 Occupation: Student Relationships: Brea (friend) Clio (friend) Gavin (friend) Abel (friend)
Appearance: Zeke is a tall, pale teenager with chin-length reddish-brown hair and slanted green eyes. He is seen wearing the Wellston uniform without a vest and with a loose tie during school hours. When using his abilities, his eyes glow emerald green. In defense mode, his skin turns a dark bluish-gray.
Personality: Like most Wellston students, Zeke enjoys asserting his authority over the weak. However, he is considerably more powerful than the average Wellston student. He is known for his vanity, narcissism, and callousness. Zeke also takes every opportunity to bully lower-ranking students, possibly to feed his ego. He sees nothing wrong with what he does and feels like a victim when the royals finally confront him. He acted hypocritically and took advantage of those superior to him, such as Arlo and Seraphina. As a result, the royals didn't like him much, and his presence often annoyed people due to his egocentrism.
Ability: Phase Shift (4.8): Zeke's ability, Phase Shift, allows him to alternate his stats between two distinct forms. In his "Offensive Form," Zeke sacrifices Defense and Recovery in exchange for Attack and Speed. This ability also grants him a "Defensive Form," which changes his skin tone to his signature blue and provides him with additional Defense and Recovery, similar to Stone Skin. When he assumes his Defensive Form, Zeke sacrifices Power and Speed in exchange for Defense and Recovery.
Illena
Name: Illena Gender: Female Age: 16 Occupation: Student Relationships: Brea (friend) Zeke (friend) Gavin (friend) Clio (friend)
Appearance: Illena has reddish-brown hair, cut to chin length. She has fair skin and is of average height. She wears a typical school uniform, without a vest. Her eyes are sky blue and glow the same color when she activates her ability.
Personality: Like any average-level person, Illena often lived in fear of those stronger than her and was forced to obey those of higher levels. Because of this, Illena harbors a deep animosity toward those of higher levels and detests how society is dictated by those "born with special gifts."
Ability: Strength (3.4): Illena's ability, Strength, grants her an increase in her physical strength and allows her to make her opponents cough up blood with just a single blow. However, she doesn't possess much natural talent for fighting, as John easily overpowered her using his bare hands.
Gavin
Name: Gavin Gender: Male Age: 16 Occupation: Student Relationships: Brea (friend) Clio (friend) Abel (friend) Zeke (friend) Illena (friend)
Appearance: Gavin has spiky gray hair, violet eyes, and fair skin. When he uses his ability, his eyes glow and his skin turns a purple-gray. He usually wears the Wellston High School uniform without a tie, with the collar unbuttoned, and three stud earrings. John knows him as "the stone boy."
Personality: Gavin is the typical bully who harasses the weak and holds grudges. He also takes advantage of his position as one of the strongest members of Wellston's middle division to force his victims to complete tasks for him. Despite all this, he behaves relatively normally with his friends.
Ability: Stone Skin (2.8): Gavin's ability allows him to harden his skin at will, making him stronger and more resilient. It also grants him a considerable speed boost and increased weight.
Clio
Name: Clio Gender: Female Age: 16 Occupation: Student Relationships: Abel (Friend) Illena (Friend) Brea (Friend) Gavin (Friend)
Appearance: Clio is a tall girl with long, light blue pigtails and amber eyes that glow bright red when she activates her ability. She wears the typical Wellston girls' uniform, but without the vest, and with pink stud earrings.
Personality: Like many average students at Wellston, Clio enjoys defeating weaker students. Clio gets angry and confused when she is defeated by low-level students.
Ability: Stun Punch (2.6): As the name suggests, Stun Punch allows Clio to stun her opponents after hitting them. However, unlike most augmentation abilities, this one is not very physically powerful.
Abel
Name: Abel Nickname: The Rooftop Kid Gender: Male Age: 15 Occupation: Student Relationships: Illena (friend) Clio (friend) Brea (friend) Gavin (friend) Zeke (friend)
Appearance: Abel is a short, fair-skinned student with light brown hair slicked back and tired, brown eyes. He is usually seen wearing the Wellston school uniform without the vest.
Personality: Like many Wellston students, Abel follows the school hierarchy, especially regarding restricted areas; He is nicknamed "The Rooftop Kid" because of how he monopolizes the space. He also looks down on those of lower rank and doesn't hesitate to use violence against them, even stating that they should be grateful when he lets them go with just a warning. He has a habit of kicking them off the rooftops, resorting to violence if they don't obey him. Overall, he gives the impression of being very arrogant.
Ability: Explosion (3.6): Abel's ability, Explosion, allows him to create powerful explosions capable of knocking people down. As an elite student, Abel is considered a powerful pupil.
Pitch
Name: Brea Gender: Female Age: 15 Occupation: Student Relationships: Clio (friend) Abel (friend) Illena (friend) Gavin (friend) Zeke (friend)
Appearance: Brea has green eyes and long, bright orange hair styled in two high pigtails. Her eyes are often squinty and glow lime green when she uses her ability. Her favorite snack is oranges. She currently wears her bangs parted in the middle.
Personality: Brea, like many other middle school students, enjoys bullying weaker students. In her first appearance, she is shown to enjoy gossiping about other students with Clio. Brea doesn't seem to think there's anything wrong with talking badly about other students and insults John for doing so. She is also shown to be cowardly. Brea becomes more emotionally unstable in her later years. She seems to believe there's nothing wrong with brutally insulting and beating an innocent, low-ranking person over a simple altercation. She even tries to shoot the much more powerful Seraphina for humiliating her.
Ability: Arcane Shot (3.2): Brea is a mid-level character with the Arcane Shot ability, a projectile ability that allows her to fire a beam of energy from her hands. This ability has a long range.
Valorian
Name: Valorian Gender: Male Age: 17 Occupation: Student, Security Guard Relationships: Jace (friend) Leena (friend)
Appearance: Valorian is a young man with dull green hair and eyes that glow red when he activates his ability. While his ability is active, his clothes are covered by crimson armor.
Personality: Valorian cares enough for his community to help them by acting as a vigilante. He showed concern for his village even while they were being attacked by an EMBER agent.
Ability: Royal Guard (4.6): Valorian's ability allows him to wear crimson armor, which significantly increases his stamina. He also gains a boost to his strength and speed.
Leena
Name: Leena Gender: Female Age: 17 Occupation: Student, Security Guard Relationships: Valorian (friend) Jace (friend)
Appearance: Leena is a young woman with brown hair and golden eyes that glow orange when she activates her ability. She has shoulder-length hair with curtain bangs. When she goes into battle, she ties her hair back in a ponytail, leaving her bangs visible.
Personality: Leena is a vigilante, but she was enraged when she learned from Blyke that EMBER was a government task force. Disgusted that the government was killing its own citizens, she wanted to do something about it. She is also quite talkative and plays small jokes on her friends.
Ability:
Swift Step (4.1): Leena's ability substantially increases her speed and agility, enhancing her close-quarters combat skills.
Jace
Name: Jace Gender: Male Age: 17 Occupation: Student Relationships: Leena (friend) Valorian (friend)
Appearance: Jace is a young man with blue hair styled like a wet mop. He has green eyes, which turn light green when he activates his ability. During his time as a vigilante, he wears his hair in a spiky cut and uses clear brown glasses to cover his eyes.
Personality: Jace was genuinely horrified after learning from Grayson that EMBER was a government task force, feeling repulsed that the government was killing its own citizens and wanting to do something about it. He is quite paranoid and sometimes tries to be serious, but it becomes difficult for him when Leena is around.
Ability: Iron Fist (3.9): Jace's ability increases his physical strength and stamina, improving his capabilities in hand-to-hand combat.
June
Name: Juni Gender: Female Age: 16 Occupation: Student Relationships: Elaine (friend) Evie (friend)
Appearance: Juni is a short girl with fair skin, lime green hair styled in two high buns, straight bangs, and yellow eyes. She wears the full Wellston girls' uniform, without the vest. When she activates her ability, her eyes glow a bright yellow.
Personality: Juni has a rather despicable personality. She is extremely dedicated to her work. Once she finds an interesting topic for her article, she will do whatever it takes to gather solid evidence, even if it means hurting someone like Seraphina by throwing a rock at her, just for her article.
Ability: Flash Forward (2.7): Juni's ability is Flash Forward, which allows her to see a few seconds into the future, enabling her to make the best immediate decision.
Claire
Name: Claire Gender: Female Age: 17 Occupation: Student Relationships: John (ex-friend) Evie (friend) Isen (barely knows him) Elaine (barely knows her)
Appearance: Claire has round, red eyes and fair skin. She used to wear her light green hair in two braids that reached just below her shoulders. When she wears it down, it appears wavy. She was usually seen wearing a mauve blouse with a white ruffled collar adorned with a small bow and short puff sleeves, along with brown shorts. Isen describes her as "cute" and "photogenic."
Personality: Claire is a brave and optimistic person with strong values, and she usually interacts with others with a cheerful smile. Despite facing mid-level bullies daily, Claire didn't let the harsh reality of her situation defeat her. She seemed content with her life as long as she had her friends, and she has a troubled past with John, having met him during his worst period when he was a "tyrant" at her previous school, where she was essentially his first friend, but it all ended badly.
Ability: Clairvoyance (2.3): Claire has the ability to see visions of the future. She cannot activate them voluntarily, and they trigger randomly, usually related to the people she interacts with daily. She is unaware that her visions are warnings that should not be repeated. Due to past experiences, Claire refuses to share her visions with anyone, as she has never gained anything good from misinterpreting them.
Evie
Name: Evie Gender: Female Age: 16 Occupation: Student Relationships: Serafina (friend) Claire (friend) Remi (friend) Aria (friend) Juni (friend and gossip) Roland (best friend) Isen (friend) Blyke (friend)
Appearance: Evie is a petite teenager with watermelon-pink hair styled in two low pigtails secured with hair ties that resemble two green beads in each ponytail. Her eyes are the same watermelon-pink color as her hair, and she wears the Wellston uniform. Although readers see her hair as pink, Arlo refers to her as a redhead. Her eyes glow a bright orange when her ability is activated, which illuminates her hands with a white light.
Personality: Initially, Evie appears to be a quiet, shy, and submissive student, often seen being bullied by stronger, mid-level students like Brea and Gavin. She is the type of person who considers herself "unworthy" of being in the presence of royalty and frequently apologizes whenever she makes a mistake.
After being trained by Seraphina, she gains more confidence to defend herself, even against someone of the elite like Zeke, although she can overreact, develop a hero complex, and end up getting hurt.
Ability: Illumination (1.5): Evie is a low-level fighter who possesses the Illumination ability, which allows her to generate a bright white light from her hands. While Illumination has very limited use in combat, Evie has demonstrated that she can disorient people by shining the light into their eyes.
Roland
name: Roland Gender: male Age: 17 Occupation: student Relations: Evie (best friend) Serafina (friend)
Appearance: Roland is a tall, slender teenager with combed indigo hair and yellow eyes. He wears the full Wellston High School uniform, except for the vest.
Personality: Roland, a low-achieving student, is shy and quiet. He doesn't stand up for himself when bullied by stronger students, probably knowing it would only make things worse. He admires other low-achieving students who are willing to fight back and is amazed when they manage to scare off their aggressors. He seems perceptive at detecting ill intentions.
Roland bakes as a hobby, and he's no beginner. His cakes have received praise comparable to the desserts served in Wellston's cafes.
Ability: Jumped (2.3): can jump so high that I can jump to the rooftop of Wellston by putting in a little effort and receive almost no fall damage.
Aria
Name: Aria Gender: Female Age: 17 Occupation: Student, Waitress in the afternoons Relationships: Elaine (friend) Isen (not very close friend) Blyke (not a very close friend) Remi (likes her quite a bit because she's very kind) Arlo (you admire Arlo a lot because he's another exemplary and very strong student) Serafina (admires her a lot because she's the strongest student) John (is a little afraid of him because he's very strong)
Appearance: Aria has short, lilac hair and reddish-brown eyes. In her work uniform, she wears a white apron over a pink dress. At Wellston, she wears her regular student uniform.
Personality: She is shy and quiet. She doesn't defend herself when bullied by stronger students, probably knowing it would only make things worse. She admires other underachieving students who are willing to fight back and is amazed when they manage to drive off their attackers. She seems to be perceptive at detecting malicious intent.
Ability: Botanist (5.6): Aria possesses the ability to generate plant growth with which she painfully traps her opponents. At their level, they are not easily harmed.
Melody
Name: Melody Gender: Female Age: 16 Occupation: Student Relationships: She gets along quite well with Brea, Clio, Gavin, and Zeke, but not as closely as they do, since she also talks to Remi, Aria, and Elaine on several occasions. Because of this, she sometimes hesitates about various things, especially lately when attacking lower-ranking individuals.
Appearance: Melody is a girl with pink hair and blue eyes that glow cyan when she uses her ability. She wears her hair in a side bun. She wears rectangular gold earrings. She wears her standard Wellston uniform.
Personality: Melody seems to detest vigilantes at the point of throwing coffee at anyone who stubbornly defends them. She also considers them "maniacs." She is rude, arrogant, and has no qualifications about causing a scene when she gets angry. She takes pride in her school being the best in the region and, like most, looks down on the weak, but respects and fears those of higher rank. If she accidentally angers someone, she cowers and apologizes.
Ability: Duplication (5.6): She has demonstrated the ability to create and manipulate clones of herself. So far, she has been seen creating three clones that replicate the same appearance, strength, and speed as the original. Furthermore, with enhanced strength and speed, she is a force to be reckoned with.
Meily
Name: Meily Gender: Female Age: 17 Occupation: Student Relationships: Ventus (is his best friend and they are almost always together) Arlo (she respects him greatly and runs errands for him) Elaine (she gets along well with her)
Appearance: Meily has short, textured hair that reaches above her shoulders. Her black hair fades to dark purple, and she has purple eyes and sharp teeth. Many would consider her quite cute with that rebellious style. She wears the Wellston girls' uniform without the vest. Sometimes she takes off her jacket and rolls up her shirt sleeves. Her eyes glow with a violet light when she activates her ability. When activated, her hands turn a bright purple, increase slightly in size, and her fingers transform into long claws. She also possesses a demonic, arrow-shaped tail. In addition, she has wings, but she doesn't usually use them. They only appear when she truly desires them.
Personality: Meily is loyal to Arlo and has carried out various orders from the former king without question. In combat, she prefers opponents who are her equals. Winning an unequal fight bores her. Losing such a fight has proven to be an even worse experience for her. The order leaves her quite shaken and fearful of facing the power she was fortunate enough to survive. She seems to have become more adept at solving minor problems.
Ability: Disintegration (4.8): This ability consists of a pair of wings and a tail, giving Meily a demonic appearance. The wings can be retracted into the user's body at will, but the tail cannot. The tail can extend far enough to immobilize an enemy's hands and feet. The tail can also be turned off; when done, it hardens and serves as a spear. Like a lizard, another tail grows back. (If used at its maximum power, it undergoes very noticeable changes, such as the sclera turning black, the pupils turning dark pink, and horns temporarily growing.)
Ventus
Name: Ventus Gender: Male Age: 17 Occupation: Student Relationships: Meily (his best friend, whom he loves dearly) Arlo (he sees him as a leader and respects him greatly, following his orders) Elaine (they get along well)
Appearance: Ventus is a fair-skinned student of average height, with messy mauve hair and scarlet eyes that glow red when he activates his ability. He wears the Wellston boys' uniform without the vest.
Personality: Like Meily, Ventus is also loyal to Arlo and has carried out various orders from the current former King without question. However, Ventus has also demonstrated loyalty to his allies, as evidenced by his attempts to save Meily and his pleas to John to allow him to save her. It is likely that experience has changed his mind, as he is now more willing to solve minor problems.
Ability: Whirlwind (4.8): Ventus's ability grants him the power to generate spinning funnels of wind from his hands and use them to launch his opponents into the air. He can also unleash cutting wind attacks, use his whirlwinds to fly, and perform other very useful functions.
Kuyo
Name: Kuyo Gender: male Age: 21 Occupation: vigilante and fugitive from the law Relations: Kayden (friend) Remi (ally) Blyke (ally) Isen (ally)
Appearance: Kuyo is a tall young man. He has bright green eyes and long blue hair, which he wears in a ponytail. His vigilante nickname was inspired by this hairstyle. Even with his mask on, the glow from his green eyes when he activates his ability is still visible.
Personality: Kuyo is a professional who handles murderous criminals with the same casualness with which most of the Wellston High School bullies treat their victims. His expertise is such that he seems to hold back at the beginning of his fights before quickly dispatching his targets. He seems to enjoy making his opponents believe they're winning before getting serious. He seems to take his vigilante life very seriously, despite his tendency to manipulate criminals. He is determined to find EMBER despite his reputation for killing vigilantes without being caught by the authorities. He can also be very blunt, but showed professional courtesy to Blyke. He decided to give Blyke a chance to win the battle on his own, intervening only when absolutely necessary.
Ability: Sword Master: Kuyo can conjure multiple energy swords of varying lengths. He uses the longer ones as melee weapons and the shorter ones as throwing knives. Kuyo has also been shown to be able to fuse two katanas into a single greatsword for increased damage, being able to completely dismember the arm of a high-ranking official and sever another nearly in half. (His skill level is 6.6)
Kayden
Name: Kayden Gender: male Age: 20 Occupation: Leilah's assistant Relations: Leilah: her boss Darren: his boss and mentor Serafina: sees her as an ally John: sees him as an ally
Appearance: Kayden is a college student with shaggy amaranth-silver hair, tanned skin, and eyes with a reddish-orange glow. He wears an open teal jacket over a white polo shirt. His speech bubbles are light fuchsia.
Personality: Kayden appears to be friendly, outgoing, loyal, and a bit of an idiot. Leilah considers him trustworthy, so he's probably not like his coworkers. Kayden is happy to share information with Seraphina and Arlo, as long as he feels comfortable doing so. He makes it clear that he's different from the other employees responsible for the Ability Deactivator. Kayden also seems to enjoy studying.
Ability: Teleportation: Kayden is an Elite character with the Teleportation ability, which allows him to teleport from one location to another. He can carry up to two people with him, whom he must touch. Teleportation appears to consume a certain amount of energy depending on the distance he travels and the number of people he transports. (He is rated a 3.8.)
Leilah
Name: Leilah Gender: female Age: 25 Relations John (ally) Darren (Boyfriend) Neil (top) Kayden (assistant) Seraphina (younger sister) Occupation: Rogue Specter Agent
Appearance: Leilah is an attractive young adult with wavy lavender hair and her mother's lime-green eyes. She is noticeably taller than her sister when they are seen side by side. As a child, Leilah used to wear her hair in two buns, but mostly wears it down.
Personality: Leilah has become a more determined person, willing to stand up to those who oppress her or those she loves. As a Specter agent, she is dedicated to ensuring the organization meets certain standards, even if it means challenging those in charge. Leilah hasn't forgotten how to have fun, and her ethical work doesn't prevent her from making time for her romantic life.
Ability: Time Manipulation: Leilah possesses the same ability as her sister and mother. She was first seen using this ability while under the effects of the Ability Dampener. Even then, she managed to outperform her opponents in speed and strength. Since then, she has used her ability to help critically injured teenagers avoid death until help arrives. (Rating Level 6.6)
Darren
Name: Darren Gender: male Age: 26 Occupation: Medical Chemist Relations: Leilah (girlfriend) Seraphina (sister-in-law)
Appearance: Darren is a tall, middle-aged man with Prussian-blue hair and amber eyes. During his time in Wellston, he had blue hair on his chin and the sides of his face (he shaved it for appointments). He rarely smiles and is easily recognizable by his angry expression. He is always seen working in a smock, brown pants, and black shoes.
Personality: Darren is not what you would consider a kind and gentle doctor. He is a brash and brusque person with a somewhat irascible temper, especially with the more troublesome students. Because of this, Darren is considered terrifying to most students (even those stronger than him, such as Blyke and Isen) and always wears a grumpy expression. Furthermore, he vehemently detested his job as a school nurse and only applied for the position because it seemed to be a stress-free position. Despite this, he cares about his patients' well-being and feels guilty when he fails to help them.
Ability: Nightmare: Darren could intimidate anyone he disliked (ie, EVERYONE) with his ability, making him one of the scariest people in Wellston. At full power, Darren could trap unfortunates in imaginary worlds of pure terror. (His skill level is 4.2)
Cameron
Name: Cameron Gender: male Age: 40+ Occupation: Skills Specialist Relatives Jane (her younger sister) William (his brother-in-law now deceased) John (his nephew) Acquaintances Marisol (maid)
Appearance Like his sister, Cameron has golden eyes and white hair. His facial hair extends exclusively to his chin.
Personality Cameron is the kind of high-ranking official who favors traditional hierarchical values. He expects all his instructions to be obeyed and to be treated with the utmost respect. Failure to do so will result in Cameron responding with a show of force, unless he has a very good reason to hold back.
Cameron distinguishes himself from others raised with this mentality by a more jaded worldview. While he wants nothing to do with the weak of the world, he's also uninterested in associating with others of high standing. Cameron fully understands that his "peers" only care about him (and his family) in exploitable ways, especially within the Authority. This reality drove him to care for no one but himself, living outside the world's concerns.
Skills: Channel Master: Cameron's alleged ability. The only certainty about its power is that, when it debuted, it was more advanced than Aura Manipulation back then. As evidenced by his eyes glowing just upon using a skill from his set, Cameron doesn't immediately lose access to the skills he's copied upon deactivation.
Jane
Name: Jane Gender: female Age: unknown Occupation: NXGen patient Relatives: His son John whom he never met Her husband William who is currently deceased Her brother Cameron, with whom she cut off contact when she met her husband
Appearance: Jane is currently a middle-aged woman with long white hair and golden eyes. In the past, she wore floral dresses or long sleeves and skirts. Lately, she wears a blue hospital gown, is wheelchair-bound, and has an IV. Her eyes are glazed over, with stress marks underneath.
Personality: She seems defeated after 15 years in prison. Jane voluntarily surrendered to the authorities so they wouldn't lay a hand on her family. It was a decision that caused her pain and suffering. However, she still clings to her love for her family, hoping they'll overcome their self-imposed exile.
Ability: Channel Master: While the effects of this ability are unknown, it is strongly believed to be related to the aura, as is aura manipulation. (Rated 9.1)
Elaine
Name: Elaine Gender: female Age: 17 Occupation: Wellston student and also a healer Relations: Arlo: (sees him as his love interest) Serafina: (She is a very strong girl and her friend) Rémi: (her friend) Blake: (doesn't usually talk to him) Isen: (doesn't like him very much) John: (hates him a little for making Serafina not like she was in the past)
Appearance Elaine is a slightly tall teenage girl with aqua-blue hair, green eyes, and pale skin. When using her healing abilities, her eyes glow an emerald green. She is seen wearing the full Wellston uniform during school hours.
Personality At first glance, Elaine appears to be one of Wellston's friendliest students due to her outgoing and hospitable personality. However, like many Wellston students, she has only shown hostility toward those without abilities and has ignored the difficulties of the lower classes.
Skill: Healing (Level 4.5) As a healer, Elaine is capable of healing and detecting wounds. Being on the Territory Wars roster, she is presumed to be one of the most capable and competent healers in Wellston, if not the most. Her recovery stat is the second highest revealed to date (below only Serafina's self-healing).
Isen (This appears to be a name or a word without context. A direct translation isn't possible without more information.)
Name: Isen Gender: Male Age: 17 Occupation: Wellston student and assistant manager at the press club Relations: Blake: (his best friend) Remi: (friend) Arlo: (He is slightly scared because Arlo is not someone to play with) John: (He's a friend, although he still takes into account how strong he is) Serafina: (she is her friend and the strongest) Cecile: (sees her as her boss and an attractive girl)
Appearance Isen is a tall teenage boy with tousled light orange hair, tinted with dark brown at the base. He has amber eyes. He is a third-grader at Wellston High School. During his studies, he wears the Wellston school uniform without a tie or vest.
Personality As an ambitious school journalist, when Isen is assigned an intriguing topic, he dedicates himself to his research and seeks to make his story the headline news. However, despite his dedication to finding the latest scoop, Isen is also known for doing foolish things and is easily the most dim-witted compared to the serious Blyke and the impulsive Remi. Isen is also a great gossip and is known for spreading rumors like wildfire.
Skills: Hunter (level 5.7) Isen's ability, Hunter, grants him a wide range of skills he can use to track and capture targets. Some abilities include aiming, X-ray vision, telescopic vision, enhanced speed, and a strength boost powerful enough to stop a truck or throw people through a solid wall. He has a very well-rounded stat distribution.
Isen's story: Isen is perhaps the most astute and adaptable. He sees the world in shades of gray and is aware of and understands the complexities of human nature well. He has shown annoyance towards people with strong idealism, such as Arlo and Remi, especially when they refuse to give in or budge.
Rein
Name: Rein Gender: female Age: 17 Occupation: Wellston student Relations: He doesn't get along with most people except Remi and Elaine, he especially doesn't get along with Arlo.
Appearance Rein is a teenage girl with long gray hair, light brown eyes, and a prominent bust; her eyes glow red when she uses her powers. During the Territory Wars, she wore a blue blouse and jeans. However, she is seen wearing the Wellston uniform.
Personality Rein is a level-headed woman who usually remains calm. Unlike Blake, she displays some analytical ability and plans her moves accordingly. She is also not known for shying away from speaking ill of her inferiors. Rein can trust her abilities.
Ability: Arachnid (Level 5.9) Rein's ability allows her to sprout gigantic spider-like legs from her back, which she can then use to attack or defend herself. The maximum number of legs she can sprout is unknown, but she has been shown to use at least eight, which is likely the maximum.
Rein's story: Rein is a student and the new queen of Agwin High. She was recently kidnapped by Orrin to join Specter.
Blyke
Name: Blyke Gender: male Age: 17 Occupation: Wellston student (he is also the Jack who would be something like the next king after Arlo) Relations: Remi: (She's his friend but he sees her as something more) Serafina: (She's too strong a friend) Isen: (he is his best friend) John: (sees him as a very strong friend) Arlo: (He is his friend and sometimes asks him for advice)
Appearance Blyke is a teenager of moderate height, with fair skin, red hair, and golden eyes. He is a third-grader at Wellston. At school, he wears the usual uniform, almost always without a jacket or vest. His eyes glow yellow when he uses his ability.
Personality Blyke is mostly known for being loyal, empathetic, and protective of his friends, and sometimes strangers in general. He is very direct and open, something acknowledged by Seraphina herself. He takes his duties as Jack very seriously and tries to stand up for what is right.
Ability: Energy Discharge (Level 5.7) Blyke is able to discharge red energy from his hands. This energy appears to be more kinetic than thermal, capable of piercing things rather than burning them. Offensively, he can use his ability to fire continuous laser beams with lethal precision or launch powerful energy blasts. He can also fire a hybrid of both. His passive ability allows him to quickly heal wounds, although it is still not as powerful as his current medical abilities.
Blyke's story: When he gradually got to know his friends, he began to want to become stronger so he could protect everyone he loved, even if it meant losing his life. This also led him to become a vigilante along with Remi and Isen.
Cecile
Name: Cecile Gender: female Age: 18 Occupation: Wellston student and school press leader Relations: Rémi: (sees her as a fool who doesn't behave like a high-ranking person) Serafina: (sees her as a clearly strong and almost invincible girl) Arlo: (hates him and doesn't get along with him) Blake: (they don't get along) Isen: (sees him as a useful person who serves the press club and is one of the best) John: (sees him as a possible ally)
Appearance Cecile is a very tall teenage girl with short, straight teal hair and purple eyes. She wears eyeliner and, at school, wears the Wellston girls' uniform without a vest. Outside of school hours, she wears a teal and white striped shirt, a very dark navy blue sweatshirt, and jeans. According to Isen, she is known for being an attractive girl.
Personality Cecile presents herself as cold, distant, and defiant. Her actions have shown that she will challenge those in her superiority who don't meet her moral standards to further her own agenda. In addition, she has a very secretive nature and is not transparent.
Skill: Vines (Level 5.8) Cecile can create and manipulate energy vines. She can use them to bind her enemies or transform them into long, dagger-like projectiles that can pierce through them. Her stat distribution is relatively balanced, with Trick being her highest skill.
Remi
Name: Remi Gender: female Age: 17 Occupation: Student at Wellston and is second in command under Arlo and has the title of queen Relations: Arlo: (friend) Serafina: (friend) John: (friend) Blake: (best friend) Isen: (friend) Cecile: (gets along badly with her)
Appearance: Remi is a teenage girl of above-average height. She has pink hair, light red eyes, and fair skin. She usually wears the Wellston uniform without a vest, and wears a bow in her hair. She has at least three bows of different colors.
Personality Remi stands out from her peers in that she does not bully others for her own amusement, even at low ranks, and is aware that she is only Queen because her Seraphina did not want the position. However, when Remi becomes passionate about something, she is willing to stand up to those stronger than her. Remi possesses a strong sense of justice and equality, and befriends those weaker than her.
Ability: Lightning (level 6.1) Remi is the current Queen of Wellston, and her ability, Lightning Bolt, allows her to generate and manipulate electricity. She also appears to be able to detect electrical currents and electronic devices, and can run so fast that she can catch up to a motorcycle.
Remi's Story: Rei's younger sister. She is a third-year student and one of the most powerful in the school and the region. As a vigilante, she adopts the nickname X-Rei in honor of her brother who fell at the hands of the Ember organization.
Arlo
Name: Arlo Gender: Male Age: 18 Occupation: student, has the title of king which is the equivalent of school president although the student council is called royals Relations: Serafina (friend although she thinks she should help in my hierarchy) John (sees him as someone who is escaping from his responsibilities as a God) Elaine (a very helpful and skilled healer) Rémi (she's a good friend but very naive) Blake (Blake is a good friend) Isen (sees him mainly as an informant) Rein (sees her as a somewhat conceited girl) Cecile (doesn't get along with her because she always keeps things to herself)
Appearance: Arlo is a young man with wavy blonde hair, angular blue eyes, angry eyebrows, and small light blue earrings.
Ideology: Duty and Order. Arlo firmly believes in the Hierarchy and that each person should know their place within it. In his ideal world, each person would fit perfectly into their naturally assigned role on the social ladder.
Personality: Arlo is known for being very authoritarian and dominant. He displays many leadership traits and remains cool, calm, and collected in various situations. Almost nothing affects him, and he isn't very impulsive. However, his arrogance, manipulation, and cunning nature often make him unpleasant.
Skill: Barrier (level 6.5) Arlo has the ability to create defensive barriers and can use them as force fields and makeshift traps. His barriers can also inflict damage by reflecting attacks back at the attacker. While his barriers are mostly unbreakable, Arlo can pass through them as if they didn't exist. However, Arlo can be injured if one of his barriers is broken.
Arlo's story: He was always one of the best in his school and was strong at an early age and had the ideals of wanting to be part of the authorities although he changed his way of thinking after discovering the truth of how corrupt the system is.
Rika
Name: Rika Nicknames: Igris, Santa, Igris the Crimson, The Crimson Saint Gender: Female Age: 17 Occupation: Student, former Specter assassin Relationships: She's not interested in anyone as a friend or partner, as she enjoys peace and quiet.
Appearance: Rika has very light blonde hair with small light blue circles around the top of her head and very small, rounded horns on top. Her ears are pointed and elongated (like an elf in real life). One of her eyes is blue, turning light blue in the center, and the other is red, also turning light blue in the center. Everyone sees her as a beautiful and delicate girl who behaves calmly and solitary. She wears the normal Wellston uniform without a vest, and her eyes glow crimson when she activates her ability.
Personality: She is quite calm and quiet, rarely getting irritated by small things. She is very relaxed and never pays attention to ranks or has any interest in them. Although she can win quite a few fights, she's the type of girl who wants a peaceful life, nothing more and no one else. When forced to fight, she's quite strategic, and she can be rather cold and curt with people she doesn't like. She loves eating desserts and sleeping.
Ability: Flesh Body (7.5 - keeps her rank hidden from almost everyone to live peacefully without entering the rankings): Her body is basically manipulated at will, making her immune to attacks that would cut, crush, or turn her into mush. Her body simply becomes a mass of flesh that reassembles itself. She can increase the size of her limbs, although they are covered by this mass of flesh, bone, and blood. She also shoots pressurized blood by bringing her hands together and can manipulate her blood at will. Her blood can be used as poison if she wants, although she doesn't usually do so, and she cannot bleed to death while her ability is active. (fire, electricity, chemicals and acid could harm him)
Past: She was born and raised in a project as a weapon and is currently free.
John
Name: John Gender: Male Age: 18 Relations: Serafina (best friend) Rémi (friend) Blake (friend and dormmate) Isen (friend) Arlo (they only talk to each other for their own benefit) Eliane (only sees her as someone useful) Occupation: Student
Appearance John is a tall, muscular teenager with black hair and burnt-gold eyes. At the beginning of his third year, during school hours, he usually wore the Wellston school uniform; his casual hairstyle is scrunchy and spiky.
Personality Calm and civil, similar to how he was when he was pretending to be a cripple. He controls his anger better and can joke and smile like he used to. He's motivated to be a better person, although he's not sure he can be.
Ability: Aura Manipulation (level 7.5) John is capable of copying abilities far beyond his own level, as demonstrated by copying Liam's ability when his level was higher than John's, albeit to a lesser extent, and combining abilities to achieve devastating results. In addition to these abilities, John is able to detect and perceive the intensity of auras emitted by abilities and amplify any of the abilities he copies.
John's story: John was repeatedly bullied for claiming he had no powers. After Arlo's betrayal during his best friend Seraphina's suspension, he revealed his true power by tearing through the Wellston hierarchy under the alias Joker, donning an infamous black mask. After a fight with his best friend, he goes on a rampage and takes over as the tyrannical King of the school alongside Zeke. This lasts until his suspension, where he returns to his hometown of New Bostin with his father. After a month, John returns to Wellston, reunites with Seraphina, and resigns his royal position, passing it on to Blyke. (cannot copy more complex skills like Serafina)
Serafina
I named: Serafina Gender: female Age: 17 Relations: Remi (friend) Blake (friend) Isen (known) Arlo (friend) Evie (friend) John (best friend) Elaine (a very good healer) Occupation: Student (Wellston's top 1 girl)
Appearance: Seraphina cut her hair, added light green highlights, and began regularly wearing extensions. Her attire is noticeably more disheveled than before, with most of her clothes wrinkled, as she no longer cares how she's perceived. Her eyes glow sky blue when she uses her ability.
Ideology: He recognizes that power is necessary in the world we live in and that each person should do what they see fit to improve their influence and situation in life. He has a much more understanding view than John of people's instinctive desire to improve their situation and advance their own interests through power, considering it natural and generally not malicious.
Personality: Although she is the model student at Wellston Private High School and one of the few upperclassmen, Seraphina's personality is not like that of her classmates; she is quite laid-back and doesn't care much; she is often bored by how good she is at everything. Due to her reputation as a "perfect student," Seraphina is often the center of attention at Wellston, but unlike most upperclassmen, she does not care about her punctuality or her reputation.
Ability: Time Manipulation (Level 8.5) Seraphina's current level is 8.5. She is the Ace of Wellston and was formerly the Queen (although even her successor considers her the true holder of the rank). Seraphina has the ability to freeze or slow time at will, move around in frozen surroundings, and, to a limited extent, reverse time in a localized area. People under the effect of a time freeze may or may not be aware of it depending on what they do, as evidenced by Seraphina's intimidation of Elaine and Arlo.
Kaiser
Name: Michael (everyone calls him Kaiser) Aliases: Kaiser, Blue Rose Gender: Male Age: 17 Occupation: Student Relationships: He knows almost everyone, as his ability has earned him a certain reputation as an ability analyzer who gives good advice, although some people can't stand his personality at times, but they don't do anything to him.
Appearance: He has a well-defined but slender physique. He is attractive, with fair skin, sapphire blue eyes, and blonde hair that faded to sapphire blue (he wore it a little longer than usual, which suited him well). He always looked somewhat disheveled due to his messy hair (although he exuded a playboy air). Kaiser has a tattoo of a beautiful blue rose peeking out from the left side of his neck, and the thorny stems of that rose are in black ink (he clearly looked rebellious because of his hair and that tattoo)
Personality: His gaze is constantly analyzing; He moves with an indifference bordering on arrogance, yet he always seems alert. He's almost always insensitive and tactless in his speech, although he abandons this when mocking others. His criticisms of those who squander their abilities are quite cruel, though many also consider him quite imaginative, as he's rather ingenious in offering advice on how to help other students improve
Ability: Uzumaki (it's a 9.3, everyone thinks it's actually a 3.0-3.5): This ability allows him to generate and control his aura at will, creating reinforcements around his body. He can also perceive other people's abilities simply by looking at them and can alter the properties of his aura, generating various effects such as fire, wind, gravity (to attract or repel), electricity, energy blasts, healing, and many others. It is one of the few abilities that John cannot copy. Kaiser can also place marks on people to control them by giving them orders; These marks are blue petals. The only thing Kaiser reveals about his ability is his capacity to perceive others' abilities; he keeps the rest hidden.
Reverse Technique and Biding vows
Binding vows: These establish restrictions or conditions in exchange for increased power or benefits, either for oneself or others. They function as a mandatory exchange (giving something to receive something), are essential, and can have serious consequences if broken or not fulfilled.
Reverse technique: An advanced process that multiplies negative energy (the energy naturally associated with a gift) to create positive energy (energy created through a forced process and difficult to use). It is primarily used for the instant regeneration of flesh, organs, and limbs, and even to enhance the user's gift, causing it to have a completely different effect than usual.
Domain Expansion
Domain Expansion: A supreme combat technique that uses an immense amount of energy to create a separate space enclosed by a barrier. Within it, the user manifests their innate mastery, enhancing their abilities and ensuring their attacks never miss. (Domains also often possess special attacks that are only achievable within them.)
Main Characteristics:
Critical Hit: Attacks within the domain are impossible to dodge.
Custom Environment: The interior reflects the user's mind.
High Energy Consumption: Requires an immense amount of energy, limiting its use to once per day.
Barrier: Generally appears as a black or white sphere that isolates the surroundings (if there is no barrier, the change is noticeable when the sky changes color).
Counterattack: The best defense is another Domain Expansion or techniques like "Simple Domain."
standard measurement system:
It classifies abilities on a scale of 1.0 to 10.0, with people classified as 1.0 being impotent or disabled.
Skill levels are determined by the formula (P*M)/10, where P stands for the skill's potential and M stands for the skill's mastery. [1] However, power levels are not completely consistent, as users can increase their level by honing their skill over time or modifying their skill through external means (such as specialized drugs).
Each skill is classified into one of four tiers (and one sub-tier): low, mid, elite, and high (god being a subcategory of high-tier). [1] Colloquially, people prefer to use their tiers to display their strength rather than their exact skill level. In this story, the distribution of this world consists of 30% low-tiers, 55% mid-tiers, 12% elite-tiers, and 2% high-tiers. [2] It is possible to increase one's skill level either by cultivating their skill or having their skill enhanced through external means. Alternatively, it is also possible to nullify skills externally, which can cause even powerful god-tiers to drop to a low-tier level.
Low level:
People with a skill level between 1.0 and 1.9 are considered low-level. Due to their weakness and defenselessness, they are considered the lowest social class and are treated as such. They also enjoy bullying the weak. Individuals without powers or abilities, better known by insults such as cripple or zero, have a level of 1.0 or 0.0
Intermediate Level:
People with a skill level between 2.0 and 3.4 belong to the middle class, ordinary citizens with average power. Middle-class individuals exhibit the greatest skill diversity and represent over 50% of the population. Most people in this category consider themselves very powerful compared to lower-class individuals.
Elite Level:
Individuals with a skill level between 3.5 and 4.9 are considered elite. At the second highest level, these talented individuals are not only extremely competent in combat, but are also part of some of the most respected social groups and hold positions of prestige and authority. The elite population is quite small, representing only 12% of the world's population.
High level:
Individuals with a skill level of 5.0 or higher are known as High-Rank Powerhouses, a class of exceptional and extremely powerful people whose abilities easily surpass those of the majority without much strategy or skill. A near-total mastery of their ability allows them to manifest passively, meaning that some aspects of their powers are always active, such as Remi's ability to detect and locate electricity without having her ability active. According to Keene, head of security at Wellston Private High School, a single High-Rank is like a one-man army. All High-Ranks are held in high regard and make up 2% of the world's population.
God Level:
These exceptional and revered individuals belong to a subcategory of high-tiers with a skill level between 6.0 and 10.0. They are the near-invincible god-tiers. The most powerful of these high-tiers are people who are not only born with extraordinary power, but have discovered and mastered every detail of their ability. God-tiers make up around 0.0001% of the population (1 in every 100,000 people according to reports), making them the rarest of all tier by far.
Authorities:
Very little is known about the Authorities, other than their influence on society. They enforce the hierarchy that serves as the foundation of society, favoring higher levels over lower ones. The Authorities were responsible for the banning of William H. Doe's book, Unordinary, due to the societal-challenging ideas it presents. They are located all over the world, as they operate out of New Boston and Wellston. It is implied that the Authorities have numerous departments that specialize in different governmental tasks. Supposedly, there is a branch dedicated to investigating EMBER activities; However, this branch is likely a ruse to hide the fact that the Authorities are funding EMBER.
Book "UnORDINARY"
Unordinary is the story of a man with a powerful ability who was born into a world of cripples. This man only used his power for others, helping the weak, saving lives, and spreading wealth. He eventually dies, but no one was saddened because he brought charity, allowing the world to become peaceful. The real-world equivalent would likely be something like Superman. Authorities have categorized Unordinary as controversial and highly illegal contraband due to its societally challenging ideas: that those in high command should use their abilities to help others, that even those in low command have something valuable to offer, and that people at both ends of the ability spectrum should be able to coexist as equals rather than master and servant. Its mere mention can prompt government intervention. Many high-level readers of Unordinary have been inspired by the book's message and have turned to vigilantism.
Wardens:
The vigilante movement emerged after the release of Unordinary by an unknown author. Apparently, people used to admire them. However, now they look down on them and even decide to bet on which hero will die next. The authorities don't trust them, as they believe anyone with these ideals must undergo a severe rehabilitation program. The authorities secretly funded EMBER to eliminate well-known vigilantes like X-Static and others.
Ember
The EMBER organization is shrouded in complete mystery. What is known about EMBER is that it targets vigilant and high-powered individuals. According to press reports, anyone killed by EMBER typically has multiple stab wounds and burns, in addition to the EMBER insignia burned into their bodies. Although EMBER is portrayed as a "gang" in the media, it is actually a task force funded by law enforcement and supported by NXGen. One of EMBER's main operations is the sale of ability-enhancing drugs to known criminals. They are distributed in low-level districts to maintain a low profile. Typically, drugs are sold to power-hungry middle-class members; However, they recently broke the norm by selling drugs to an elite stratum. This implies EMBER is becoming more brazen. EMBER has also delved into the related field of Conversion Technology. This allows its high-level agents to artificially acquire additional abilities for their use, empowering them and allowing them to remain anonymous. (Ember agents typically have a Fire Claws ability provided by conversion technology.)
NXGen
NXGen specializes in researching the root of abilities. It's unknown what they've discovered so far, but they have something called "conversion technology." The research is preserved in documentation, as well as in a physical sample in beakers. Their conversion technology appears to use a person and their skill as the basis of research. The purpose of the technology is to convert and transform a target's aura into any other chosen ability. To control skill variations, working groups were created. While progress was slow, there were quite a few breakthroughs. For example, if a weaker person were to use the technology, the technology can only convert a portion of the target's aura into another ability, but it is inefficient and a noticeable aura is lost in the process. Only those with high aura outputs (ie, high levels) succeed in the conversion process. Furthermore, it appears that the conversion requires some sort of ability source to reference. Successful conversions are Regeneration, Speed, and Fire Claw, but there are untested higher-level sources like Lightning and Phantom Walk. There are failed sources like Future Sight and Telepathy.
Spectrum:
It's an organization created with the intention of restructuring society so that it doesn't favor only the strong. It's a large company that has been operating for years and has multiple, scattered agents. However, following the discovery of the Ability Deactivator, some of the organization's executives became corrupted by greed and desired to stray from their original goal, which has created a divide within their ranks. Part of this includes an ongoing recruitment drive to bolster the ranks of at least one faction with elite or higher-level members. While their intentions have remained largely the same, the creation of the Deactivator and Ability Dampener drove them to deactivate high-level members and subject them to their servitude, believing that they would never change willingly and thus must be controlled. It is rarely in anyone's best interest to be favored by Specter's higher-ups, considering that initiation involves the use of the aforementioned Deactivator to facilitate their abduction. A lost ability can be temporarily restored, but Specter will only do so for the sake of its own interests, forcing those injected with that ability into forced service to the organization.
Conversion technology
The purpose of this research is to convert and transform an individual's aura into any desired skill and control the skill variables and create more reliable work groups. Successful progress has been made with converting a subject's aura into different abilities, but it is not 100% efficient as a significant portion of the aura is lost during the conversion process, making it suitable only for users with high channel output. (This technology is possessed by Ember and Spectre. Specter uses the Spectral Claws ability.)
Skill Amplifier
The Ability Enhancer is a mysterious liquid chemical compound usually stored in vials. It contains traces of DNA, from which the drug's effects are derived. The drug is administered through injections. Once injected, it increases the user's abilities by 50%. (This technology is only available to Ember.)
Skill Disabler
The Ability Deactivator is a light blue liquid substance administered by injection. Its effects, which are supposed to be irreversible, are so damaging that they even leave gods completely defenseless. The incapacitant is slow-acting, so those who receive it don't lose their ability immediately. However, over time, they begin to feel weaker and eventually fall unconscious. By the time they awaken, their aura channels have been completely blocked. Side effects include nausea, and two known victims vomited violently upon awakening. (This one is only in Specter's possession.)
Skill Buffer
Upon activation, anyone near the pulse will have their ability level reduced by half (eg, a 5.2 becomes a 2.6). These effects are only temporary and require the Ability Disabler to permanently nullify the threat of weakened targets. (Spectre only)
Wellston Preparatory School
Wellston Preparatory School appears to be composed of several blocks. The classroom blocks are multi-story buildings composed of numerous classrooms connected by corridors with lockers and windows. Some of the known blocks include Wallik Hall, Whesley Hall, and Manner Hall.
There are also dormitories, which are separate from the main school building. They are divided into girls' and boys' dormitories. It is unknown whether there are any mixed dormitories. Those with similar energy levels often share the same bedroom.
The Wellston Cafeteria is also a prominent location within the school. It is famous for the exceptionally delicious triple chocolate cake served once a month, which has become the source of many disputes and conflicts.
The school library is a popular place for students to study, research, or simply use the computers. It's filled with shelves of all kinds of books, tables, and computers for student use. The school librarian is an excellent person in charge.
The infirmary run by Doctor Darren is a frequently visited place in Wellston due to the many fights that occur.
This school has two well-known clubs: the Press Team and the Safe House. The Safe House is located in room 224.
Wellston High School is supposed to be close to Kovoro Mall, as many of the students go there for field trips during the weekend.
There are approximately 500 students at Wellston High School. Most tend to have powerful abilities and/or good grades. There is a misconception that all students attending are powerful. In contrast, the school allows non-powered (called "cripples") and low-level students to attend. However, these low-level students suffer constant teasing and bullying from their higher-ranking classmates.
